A good place for short city tour visit
Pros:

Location was excellent, no need for transportation if stay at city center. The hotel is well equipped and furnished. Internet is pretty good.

Cons:

Prices are rather high, including breakfast. Noisy particularly at nights. Windows could have better noise isolation. TV system is rather old, only tv channels, no smart tv functions.

Brüssel ist eine Reise wert. Ich würde das Novotel Brüssel City Centre wieder wählen

Die Lage war super Zentral. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Bett komfortabel! Es war sehr sauber.

Tres agréable à part l isolation phonique extérieure
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très accueillant en salle comme à l entrée
Situation prêt du centre parfaite
La literie était très confortable .
La chambre très spacieuse ,propre
On peut laisser nos bagages dans une pièce sécurisée quand on quitte l hôtel et se ballader sans nos sacs, valises ....merci beaucoup pour ce petit séjour

Cons:

L isolation phonique à l intérieur de l établissement est très bien mais malheureusement on entend très fort les bruits de la rue dans la chambre .
Réveil par le camion poubelle, voitures.... et la fenêtre de la chambre était fermée
C est le seul point négatif , tout le reste était très bien

Amazing location and a great hotel for families!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for tourists. Right in the heart of the city with so many options to eat at restaurants around within 3-5 mins walk. Facilities in the hotel were great and the staff was very nice. The rooms were big and beds were comfy. Overall it was a great experience and my family and I had a great time.

Cons:

A coffee machine with some coffee pods in the room (like most of the hotels) would have made the entire experience “Exceptional”
