Séjour très agréable

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et le service de bagagerie est appréciable.
Peignoirs à disposition dans la chambre.
Personnel de l'accueil serviable et disponible.
L'hôtel est train situé, dans un quartier (place de l’eglise ste Catherine) vivant, bcp de restaurants, bars... et les halles de Gery. Top
Proximité des trams, très utile pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Cons:

Climatisation à revoir.
Il faisait chaud dans la chambre et difficile d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donnait sur la rue. Donc bcp de bruit.

Absence de brosse dans les toilettes ???

La propreté de la chambre: il y avait plein de cheveux encore dans la salle de bain, toilettes, et la moquette n’était pas aspiré correctement

Pros:

Les personnels étaient super, gentils et souriants.
La chambre était confortable. On a apprécié particulièrement l’emplacement. La piscine était quand même petite et peu profonde

The room is ok. Could have some slight improvements.
Pros:

Hotel room is big enough. Had an ironing board. Nice shower. Separate toilet from bathroom. Good location in the centre of the city.

Cons:

The windows are not keeping the noise from the street out. There was no toilet brush in the room. The replacement brush came in a small bucket. As if the brush is not a standard item for a toilet. The double bed was not as wide as we are used to in other hotels. Also positioned strangely close to one wall while there was enough space in the room to put it a bit of the wall. The fixated nightstand and bedboard does not allow that. The powercord of the ironingboard is very short and we had to find the right power outlet to be able to iron in an uncomfortable position. Also, no steaming iron.

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

La limpieza. El día que llegamos al ir a cerrar las cortinas para dormir, había 2 tiritas sobre la moqueta. Al día siguiente, el personal de limpieza, dejó esas tiritas sobre la mesa de la habitación. Lo comunicamos en recepción y nos pidieron disculpas, pero esa acción es inaceptable. Si hay tiritas o suciedad en el suelo, bete a saber desde cuando, lo mínimo es recogerlas y limpiar la moqueta debidamente.
Con las toallas de baño también parecido, dejamos 2 toallas en el suelo para que las cambiaran, y cuando volvimos por la noche, nos las habían puesto encima de las que habíamos dejado en el colgador para volver a usar. Por ello, no volvería a este hotel, aunque tenga una buena ubicación y tamaño de habitación, porque la limpieza es algo esencial en un lugar por el que pasamos tantas personas.

Super lokalita, klidný a čistý hotel, profesionální a milý personál. Doporučuji pro pobyt v centru.
Pros:

Pokoj byl skvěle zvukově izolovaný, přes velmi hlučné okolí tam bylo naprosté ticho. Za me docela zásadní věc.

Nic mě nenapadá :)

L’hôtel est très bien. Le service disparaître de l’Europe.
Pros:

L’établissement est situé absolument fantastique - dans un vrai centre-ville, un arrondissement agréable, la vie de la fenêtre est magique: entre la Tour noire et l’église sainte-Catherine.

Cons:

Alors, vide: conditionner pour les cheveux, pas de brosse à dents , brosse à cheveux même qu’on a demande , pas de pantoufles - 4 étoiles?? Le plus désagréable: J’ai séjourné avec ma fille de 10 ans. Elle a voyagé toute la journée avec ses amis; alors le lendemain était la journée de check-out. J’ai demandé si nous pouvons se profité toujours la piscine après le check Out. Nous sommes aussi les membres de AccorHotel. NON! La réponse était NON et point.
