I arrived early for check in and despite being told by the staff that my room would be ready in 5 minutes; we had to wait an hour and a half. The room itself was fine, clean and had everything we needed. A little outdated decor wise but not a big deal. The room was cleaned everyday and towels restocked. Decent selection of food for breakfast and the location itself was handy for the main attractions in Brussles

Very comfortable and spacious room right in the city center with friendly service-minded staff (and plenty of them)
Novotel Brussels City Centre has a good location, around a 10-minute walk from the station. However, the walk is not very convenient if you have luggage. If you need to catch a train from Brussels Midi station, taking an Uber would be a better and more comfortable option.
