Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y limpia, buen sommier, buena insonorización, cuenta con frigobar, caja de seguridad, pava eléctrica con infusiones y agua de cortesía.
Cuenta con estacionamiento de pago que a pesar de tener un acuerdo con el hotel es algo caro.
El desayuno muy bueno!! Super completo.
La ubicación es excelente ya que a unas cuadras está el casco histórico.
En general todo muy bien!! Recomiendo el Restaurant Índigo, rica comida y excelente atención!

Hotel an passabler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war nicht schlecht und wir waren in circa 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Das personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war o. k., das Bad war lieblos

Cons:

Generell das Hotel sieht in die Jahre gekommen aus. Das Frühstück war schlecht.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

Todo muy bien, hasta que tienes un problema. Nos alojamos en el hotel desde el 19 al 22 de julio, la noche del 21 empezó una gotera en la habitación 129. Llamamos a recepción y nos atendió Raúl, quien tardó 25 minutos en subir a la habitación. Al subir nos ofreció una cubitera de hielo, asegurándome que no tenían más habitaciones disponibles. Evidentemente nos negamos a esta solución y nos dijo: “estáis dispuestos a un cambio de habitación” y en menos de 5 minutos subió con las llaves de la habitación 328. Al hacer el check-out solicitamos una hoja de reclamación y la responsable (quien se negó a indicarnos su nombre) seguía indicando que no tenían habitaciones, rellenamos la hoja de reclamación e indican que no entienden la queja si ya nos habían compensado. Sumado a esto la habitación que nos ofrecieron era de una categoría inferior a la contratada y no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación. Hemos hecho la reclamación formal y esperamos respuesta.

Wir sind begeistert

Das Hotel ist modern und die Lage sehr gut. Wir waren von dem tollen Zimmer und der Ausstattungsqualität begeistert. Auch das Restaurant ist hervorragend und mehr als angemessen mit den Preisen. Wir sind mit zwei Hunden und einem kleinen Kind angereist, sofort wurde den Hunden Wasser gebracht und die ganze Familie herzlich Begrüßt. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Great location, near the Train Station, but close to walk into the centre of Girona.
Shops nearby.
Staff very friendly and efficient.
Great aircon - needed with 35 degrees outside.
King-size beds were very comfortable and a great walk-in shower.

Cons:

Bar prices expensive - but that's hotels.
