Pros:

Overall, the hotel is elegant with nicely decorated rooms. However, there must be dust in the carpet because I woke up every morning with a terrible runny nose. In the bathroom, the silicone has mold spots. On the plus side, the toiletries provided by the hotel are of really high quality. The air conditioning is quiet.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that my personal data leaked from the reservation system. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and abnormally high. The bedding and duvet were too big, making it unclear how to even sleep under them. After two nights at this hotel, I now know how the Princess and the Pea felt... The breakfast was mediocre for a four-star hotel.

Would 100% book here again
Pros:

We stayed here on a Thursday night and then the following Monday night. The staff remembered us on the Monday which was a nice touch, and were so lovely helping with taxi bookings, luggage storage, early check in, and late check out. Would 100% book here again
