Wenn man Glück mit einem renovierten Zimmer hat, ist das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Alicante und Um
Pros:

Das Hotel ist im Stil eines Dorfes mit farbenfrohen Häusern angelegt und hat daher nicht das typische Hotelflair. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Alicante ist mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Qualität der Zimmer ist sehr stark davon abhängig, welches Zimmer man erhält. Wir hatten zunächst ein sehr großes 2-Zimmer Appartement. Dessen Zustand war jedoch so schlecht, das wir (gegen moderaten Aufpreis) getauscht haben. Das neue Zimmer war recht beengt, aber wurde zumindest mal teilweise renoviert (Möbel, Bad).

Great views but quite remote so hire a car!
Pros:

The views are great all over the resort, apartment was spacious but slightly outdated. Nice pool area. Quiet. Friendly staff.

Cons:

A very remote area, the recommended beaches were half an hour walk or 8 minute bus journey but the bus never showed up on time- always 35-50 minutes behind schedule, when walking we reached a construction site area and all access was blocked off to the beach in the surrounding area. Ants everywhere on the balconies and door frames, but that’s expected in hot weather. AC was a little rusty at first but worked well after. The closest shop was 15 min uphill walk away, would benefit from a small grocery store nearby as the area is quite remote apart from the 2 restaurants right near reception. Defo recommend hiring a car if you’re staying here, will allow for a lot more flexibility.

Séjour au profondeur de la mer.

La vu sur la mer et l'appartement

Cons:

Dans la cuisine, il n’y avait aucun ustensile. Ce n’est qu’à la fin de notre séjour que nous avons compris qu’il fallait demander ce dont nous avions besoin. Malheureusement, rien ne nous a été indiqué à la réception lors de notre arrivée.

Il est vrai que cette information figurait sur un document mis à disposition, mais nous ne l’avions pas remarquée. Il serait néanmoins appréciable que le personnel de la réception le signale directement aux clients lors de leur arrivée.

L’attitude de 2 personnes du personnel :
Un jeune garçon au déjeuner du matin, pas souriant, pas agréable, agacé dès qu’on lui pose une question…et la saison ne fait que commencer !
Idem, une jeune femme grande avec une queue de cheval, désagréable au possible et à qui il faudrait apprendre à servir comme il se doit une coupe de cava et non à moitié, ce que nous avons refusée…elle les a donc jetées 🙃
J’en ai fait part à la réception.
En finalité, je pense qu’il y a un problème de management.
Problème également : les oiseaux au déjeuner !

El hotel muy chulo y las gente genial, la piscina perfecta

Cons:

Bichos en el baño, no se ven los acantilados desde el hotel, no entran las bebidas en las cenas y todo el hotel está en una super cuesta.
