Hotel Le Six

I love how clean this hotel was . The room was new and everything was super clean which made our stay very pleasant . It was perfect, and we will definitely come back to Paris and stay here again. They were also very professional and friendly . We travel a lot and I would strongly recommend this hotel . Great location as well !

Hotel Le Six was fantastic. We had planned a 60th anniversary trip to Paris reserving an apartment with Air conditioning. When we arrived we found no AC in the apartment. I frantically searched for an hotel and was so lucky to find the Hotel Le Six. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with excellent air conditioning. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The location is a short walk from the Luxembourg Gardens and tons of great restaurants as well as great accessibility to several Metro stops. Thank you to Joseph, Charles and Martin for all your help.

Great location with easy access to subway. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff attitude was very positive.

I stayed at Hotel le Six for a week this May. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. The room was clean, comfortable, and had fabulous AC, a wonderful amenity during the recent heat wave! The lobby has beautiful places to sit and take a load off, and if you have the means, I highly recommend including breakfast in your stay. The food was amazing — fresh French cheeses, pastries, meats, and yogurts to start the day, plus enormously kind and attentive staff. I don’t know the name of the main guy who oversees breakfast, but he was so kind and does an amazing job. I looked forward to starting my day with their breakfast every day of my stay. Finally, the front desk staff are exceptional. Special shout out to Charles who kindly helped me reserve a taxi to the airport in advance so I didn’t have to worry about getting home. All to say, I won’t be staying anywhere else if I ever come back to Paris. Hotel le Six is the best!

Oh! And the location is AMAZING. Super close to various metro lines, highly walkable to various locations of interest, but also tucked on a quiet street that felt like a refuge after a long day exploring. I never heard a peep in my room, super peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful hotel, with a lovely atmosphere, rooms and staff. Room was very well designed, extremely clean and well equipped. Daniel who greeted me when I arrived late was particularly friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay!

L'Hotel Le Six is a delightful boutique hotel in the 6th arrondissement and an excellent base from which to visit the centre of Paris.

The room sizes are decent (many Parisian hotel rooms are tiny!), the beds provide a comfortable firmness and the en-suites have everything one would expect from a luxury hotel; eg capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, tea and coffee, safe, fridge, hair-dryer, bathrobes, slippers, umbrella, satellite tv and air-conditioning as well as water, glasses, cups, notepads and pencils etc.

The location is extremely convenient, a short walk from Vavin metro station on Line 4, directly accessible from the Gare du Nord and an even shorter walk from Notre-Dame-des-Champs (Line 12) with an exit onto Boulevard Raspail, (please note that the Wikipedia Entry on this station's access/exit is incorrect, it is NEAR Place Pierre Lafue and not "AT" it. So many things on the web are wrong these days, it is a shame. It seems that there is a general view that one can make things up or not to bother to check unfunded assumptions and bias. In amongst today's dodgy AI-led inaccuracies and sloppy responses, the Le Six is a bastion of unwavering excellent quality and service!

I asked for a bouquet of specific flowers and some chocolates to be in our room on arrival and Le Six did us proud, my partner was delighted :).

The breakfasts are extensive in choice and delicious but be careful . . . if you are on a diet you may have to suspend in when staying at Le Six, and the 6th arrondissement in general. The area hosts a number of very good restaurants (one, Chez marcel, across the road from the hotel!) and bakers, butchers, grocers, fishmongers as well as plenty of pharmacies. The Jardin du Luxembourg is very close and at its Southwestern corner you can see their apiary - I admit this is a niche interest, but it is one of mine; brilliant!

Having dined at Chez Marcel before but being unable to contact them by telephone from the UK, I e-mailed Le Six and asked them to book us a table for two and they were more than happy to do so. Every person I corresponded with and spoke to at reception (in English, my limited French and their limited Polish, lol!) was friendly, welcoming, supportive and most helpful).

Summary: Le Six is an excellent hotel. Do NOT except an inferior substitute!!

Reception team were very polite and helpful. Room was very clean comfortable.
