Pros:

On a été accueilli à merveille avec l'emplacement de cet hôtel à proximité, on a été très enchanté et surpris du prix qualité vu le nombre de séjour qu'on fait dans les autres hôtels

Mały ciasny, ciemny pokój. Łazienka maleńka. Zdjęcia nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości. Hotel nie spełniał dla mnie standardów 4 gwiazdek. Zarezerwowałam pokój 2 osobowy z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami. Dostałam z dwoma ale złączonymi. Pokój był tak maleńki i ciasny ze łóżka były złączone a nie było miejsca żeby je rozsunąć. Łazienka tak ciasna że trudno było się dostać do toalety szczupłej osobie. Pojedyncze łóżka wąskie.

Historic Saint-Germain near Centre of Paris
Pros:

Reception/Front desk staff great - Provided free use of international adapters during our stay; helpfully organised departure Taxi to Gare du Nord [Taxis can use Bus lanes].
Paid$$$ for a great Paris Location - Historic Saint-Germain-des-Prés is the Excellent 6th arrondissement/district of the Centre of Paris. Walking distance to Notre Dame; accessible to Metro (Unlimited one-day RATP Navigo Travel pass to substantial Versailles Palace and extensive gardens [Book entry tickets ahead]); South of River Seine. Wandering Paris' roads and enjoying cafes.
Nice clean Room with small Balcony view. Disappointed that no Twin room available as previously requested - had to share Dbl-bed with family member.
Airconditioning unit in room was very much needed in Europe's climate-change <35oC summer heatwave; albeit I wore my earplugs to get a deep sleep.

Cons:

Airconditioning did not work but what was even worse is that we were stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes, the receptionist had us on hold for the entire time and when we finally spoke with him he gave us an incredibly rude attitude. What was clear is that this must have happened more often because he reset the elevator which made us go down to the ground floor but he was nowhere to be found. They were not even surprised by a broken elevator. Would not recommend!

Good enough but a little below expectations
Pros:

Amazing location. Staff were mostly helpful. Room was big enough to have two suitcases open which was a surprise. AC was a life saver. They left a kind handwritten note and macaroons on the bed, which was a fantastic gesture.

A few negatives - bed was super hard. No windows in our room, which made it feel like a basement. Water kept splashing out of the shower so the floor was soaked most of the time. The fridge didn’t keep anything cold so we had to keep food in their kitchen fridge, which was annoying. Their ice machine was broken and they had no solution for keeping drinks cold in the room.

La réactivité du personnel, leur gentillesse ! L’emplacement parfait proche du rer pour aller au stade de France et la proximité avec les monuments
