Excellent stay in a great location. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:

The rooms are in the smaller side as is to be expected in an older Paris hotel but it’s arranged well and plumbing etc seem new. My room had good shower pressure.

3 star experience at a 4 star price
Pros:

The hotel decor and Deluxe Double room we had were very nice. However the AC didn't work - basically it was just a fan - though it did help cover the street noise. Breakfast was cold items which was fine, but the coffee is self-serve from a machine. The website shows a lobby bar that doesn't exist. Instead there is a self-serve espresso machine.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially since it's very easy to get to the subway
Pros:

Although the breakfast options were limited, they were sufficient for breakfast
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly
The hotel’s location is fantastic
It’s very close to the subway
Drinking fresh orange juice in the morning was incredibly energizing

Cons:

Even though the room details were listed on Booking.com, I didn’t expect to end up with such a small room :)

Pas désagréable, mais vaut absolument pas le prix, je ne reviendrai pas malgré le personnel sympathique

Personnel, agréable, attentif, petit déjeuner agréable

Cons:

Ma chambre était vétuste, franchement pas très propre et honnêtement qui vaut pas du tout le prix annoncé avec les prix qui ne marchent pas des objets étranges, poussiéreux un bureau, pas nettoyé les traces de peinture franchement c’est pas du tout un 4 étoiles

Emplacement d’hôtel vraiment super .
Personnel très gentille

Cons:

Gros point négatif : les chambres ne sont pas sonoriser en conséquence on entend les conversations des voisins de la chambre à côté .

Pros:

l'accueil de veilleur de nuit qui m'a aidé à solutionner un problème technique avec ma voiture

Cons:

cela ne correspond pas aux 4 étoiles. L'hotel devra être renové le plus rapidement possibile. L'emplacement est bien mais la déco des chambres, l'entrée de l'hotel , les ascenseurs nécessitent une renovation complete.

Pros:

good selection of breakfast items, fresh croissants, pain au chocolate. Fresh fruit cups. Yogurts in various flavors.

Cons:

Problem with coffee/cappucino/chocolate chaud machine. The staff tried very hard to help, but unsuccessful.
In the past, the lobby was a wonderful place to relax, meet other guests. It was being renovated, so no entry. Also missed macarons in the lobby, and the wine in the afternoons, both previously offered during my previous 4 or 5 stays at Belloy. Perhaps once renovation is completed?

Cons:

The first night we arrived late with our baby. I had emailed the property asking for a cot and they never got back to me. He was so rude saying my daughter was not on the booking. He made us feel so uncomfortable and unwanted we had a long travel day and he was just so rude and abrasive and a really sad way to start our trip.
All other staff were amazing.
It was extremely small and the bathrooms were mouldy
