Tiny but clean
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Well organised. Good steamer for apparel in the room. Cheerful personnel at reception.
Water & coffee station including sparkling water on the reception floor. Cofee and tea at the room. Fridge in the room.

Cons:

Really small room. Difficult to put two open valises on the floor.
Bad hairdrier :((( Hangers for clothing are with these rings attaching them to the wardrobe and it's difficult to use in such tiny space.
The stairs to the rooms are sooo narrow. There is a lift, but it is so small, I felt claustrafobic, used it once.
Not great breakfast. No vegetables at all! Not even tomatoes. Very small assortment, omlet is regularly finished and you have to wait. And it is very uncomfortable that the waiters and cleaning personnel open all service doors to the kitchen and cleaning stairs that lead to the hall where you eat (it's a small space). And you hear noises, smell chemicals, sit on draft.

Hôtel très bien placé, confortable et accueillant
Pros:

Accueil agréable, chambre propre et climatisée, literie confortable et bon petit déjeuner.
Très bien situé dans le 7ème, à proximité immédiate de nombreux sites culturels et touristiques.
Prix raisonnable pour ce secteur

Cons:

Bien que propre, l'hôtel pourrait bénéficier d'un rafraichissement et du renouvellement de quelques équipements.
