Though our stay was short, were we to return we would most certainly choose the Apollinaire.
Pros:

First, we were greeted by a wonderfully helpful Bruno at the front desk. We knew we were in good hands. Our rooms were comfy, with a lovely view of the quiet little street. Being in the Montparnasse was an added bonus: near the train station, lots of restaurants/cafes to choose from; yet extremely quiet for our downtime (except of course for the early morning garbage collection...but that is not really your problem.). Even though our stay was short, it was what we needed.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros:

The staff were very cordial and helpful. The location next to the market and metro on the green line is convenient.
The plumbing worked well. The room adjacent to the courtyard was very quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast was meh. Canned baked beans, runny eggs, inedible pastries and a coffee machine that uses coffee extracts instead of beans was disappointing for the price. I've seen better spreads at motels. Don't recommend including it. Walk a block or two to any number of nice boulangeries instead.
Paris hotel rooms are small, but this one was difficult to pass two people by the end of the bed and there's nowhere to put luggage except on top of the desk or in the way on the floor.

Wonderful location, on a quiet but fascinating street. And do close to famous restaurants from the 1920s. A lift that works. And a helpful man on reception.

Comodità, gentilezza e ottima posizione
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero comoda: il quartiere è ben fornito di tutto ciò che può servire e nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse fermate della metropolitana, che permettono di spostarsi facilmente in città.
Un punto di forza è sicuramente il personale, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Árérték arányban tökéletes.
Pros:

A személyzet kiemelkedően kedves volt és segítőkész. Minden közlekedési eszköz könnyen elérhető. Kicsi, de kényelmes fürdőszoba, a wc külön. A szoba átvétele előtt érkeztünk és a kijelentkezés után még nem utaztunk el azonnal, a poggyászokat tárolták nekünk a köztes időben, biztonságok poggyász megörzőben.

Cons:

A szoba kicsit kicsi, benne az ágy is kicsi két személynek. A 15 éves fiammal utaztam, ezt előre jeleztem, mégis egy nagy takaró volt az ágyon, amint szóltam a recepción, hogy ez nem komfortos és szeretnénk külön takarót, azonnal intézkedtek.
Arra számítson mindenki, hogy zuhanyzás után az egész szobában pára lesz, de könnyen kiszellőztethető.
