Petit hôtel ancien mais bien rénové. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle. Elle avait la climatisation cependant assez faible. On ne pouvait pas régler la température. Heureusement que la vague de chaleur se terminait le soir même. Une fontaine d’eau était mise à disposition dans la salle du petit déjeuner pour toute la durée du séjour. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Le quartier est très sympa avec beaucoup de restaurants et snacks mais calme. Peu de circulation.

Location. Very close to relevant touristic spots and several options of restaurants.

A very pleasant hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. We have been staying there over several years now. The location is perfect for our needs, the area very much to our taste. The only problem is the extremely high cost, which appears typical now of hotels in Paris and other major cities.

Location near the Gare Montparnasse was convenient. There were many shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas in the neighborhood and the metro stations were only a few minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were efficient, courteous and welcoming. The reception area and breakfast room were comfortably furnished and clean. The room was large with good quality furnishings, linens and towels. It was spotless and clean. Bed was comfortable and no noise from street even though our room faced the street. Breakfast was ample with excellent assortment of eggs, pastries, bread, yogurt and fresh fruit. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return!

Hotel bastante confortável e extremamente limpo. Quartos em bom estado, camas espaçosas, banheiro e chuveiro excelentes. O café da manhã é relativamente simples, mas gostoso e serviu bem. A localização é excelente, porque está há poucos metros da estação Edgar Quinet (a estação está na esquina), o que facilita demais a locomoção pela cidade. O bairro é bem bonito e tem muitos restaurantes próximos (pudemos jantar e almoçar muito bem na região). A equipe foi muito gentil, mas o melhor atendimento foi prestado pelo Bruno da recepção, não só pela cordialidade, mas até indicação de restaurante ele deu e foi ótimo.

Clean and comfortable room.
Bathroom okay, nothing special but definitely what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. I would definitely go back - the location is great.
