Lovely, comfortable, modern and stylish hotel.

Good hotel with the big noise from the tram
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent to my taste. Not big variety but quality of the food and coffee is very good! Easy check-in and out. Very well organised hotel

Cons:

The tram is passing absolutely close to the windows of the rooms, as the street is very narrow. It is impossible to avoid this big noise from the tram, and it is far above acceptable 20-30 db in the bedroom. It is a very unpleasant surprise if you are going to sleep before midnight. The last tram I heard at 00-30. The reception told me that it is not heard at the lofts that are at the last floor. Keep this in mind during reservation.

Pros:

Breakfast is not included with the room. The buffet was extensive for a 20 Euro per person charge. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent bed comfort.

Cons:

Cancellation policy was not flexible. Small problem with staff processing breakfast fee as we were leaving.

Pros:

Besonders die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir hatten hier fünf tolle Tage.
