La ubicación, al lado del teatro Fenice y muy cerca de plaza San Marcos. Habitacion individual de decoración antigua pero cómoda,y bien equipada. Tiene ascensor. Aseo renovado y ducha con mampara. Desayuno buffet variado y personal muy amable

Lo único negativo es que tenia algún mosquito,pero teniendo en cuenta que estamos rodeados de canales de agua, tampoco debe sorprender...

המיקום מעולה, קל מאוד להגיע בואפורטו. תחנת s.angelo נמצאת במרחק חמש דקות מהמלון. מיטה מעט רכה אבל נוחה. מעלית. אחת מנשות הצוות הודיעה לי כשחל שינוי זמני היציאה של הואפורטו כך שיכולתי להתארגן בהתאם ביום האחרון.

Cons:

חדר קטן יחסית אבל כך הם החדרים בוונציה. המזגן ישן. לא פעל כשנכנסתי, אבל תוקן כשהתלוננתי בקבלה. מקלחת צרה וקטנטנה עם דוש בלבד.

Very negative experience at Hotel La Fenice et Des Artistes.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the room. The wallpaper/fabric wall covering was covered with a large amount of dust, visibly stuck to the wall surface. This was not just a minor cleaning issue, but a clear lack of proper maintenance. This dusty environment directly affected our stay, as my partner experienced respiratory problems during the stay.

The room also showed several signs of poor maintenance: detached skirting boards, neglected finishes, visible marks on the walls, and a makeshift air-conditioning installation with an exposed cable and a poorly integrated unit.

Another important point: the room we received did not match the room selected on Booking. The photos and presentation shown at the time of booking did not reflect the actual room we were given.

We reported the situation to the hotel, but no compensation or satisfactory solution was offered. As the payment had already been made through Booking, the hotel did not seem willing to handle the issue seriously.

Considering the price paid, this experience was unacceptable. A formal complaint and dispute are currently ongoing with Booking, with photos provided as evidence.

I do not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made regarding room cleanliness, maintenance, and the accuracy between the rooms advertised on Booking and the rooms actually assigned.

Cons:

Propreté inacceptable : poussière abondante accrochée à la tapisserie murale, chambre mal entretenue et non conforme aux photos Booking. Ma conjointe a eu des problèmes respiratoires. Plinthes décollées, installation de climatisation de fortune, petit-déjeuner bas de gamme et aucune compensation proposée malgré notre signalement.
