Great Work Trip Experience
Pros:

My stay far exceeded my expectations. Arriving at the Protea Oyster Bay after over 20 hours of travel was total relief. Though I only stayed for a single night, I was impressed. The staff were highly, highly welcoming and attentive, to the point of greeting me every time I saw a team member. You don't find that kind of thing easily anymore.
The room was immense and comfortable, and the breakfast was an excellent way to start the day before a full day of work.

Cons:

I have nothing to recommend, everything was perfect.

Lovely staff but dated facilities requiring an upgrade
Pros:

The staff was very kind and hospitable

Cons:

The phones in my room didn't work so room service wasn't an option. Furthermore, I had to physically go to reception anytime I had a query.
Also, the church nearby was rather noisy.

・朝食は豪華
・ジムは小さいが使いやすい
・静か
・ロフト式でベッドは上にある。少し面倒。
・建物と設備は古いが、ちゃんとメンテされているので不満なし。
・スタッフがフレンドリーで気遣いができるかな。

Cons:

I did not like the shower as it leaks water when showering on the outside on the floor. The floor towel is not sufficient enough and the shower head is not easy to move around. The shower head had limescale on, so some spout holes does not work as they should.
