Very good experience.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful! They looked for an iPhone charger I could use and one woman accompanied me to buy a charger to make sure I would be safe. Everyone was lovely and warm and professional.

Cons:

The mattress was not great.

From the front desk, bar, and kitchen staff, I felt as if I were in a 5-star hotel. I would love to visit again.
