Oubollige kamer
Pros:

Hele schone kamers, en uitstekende locatie nabij centrum van Phuket city. De airco werkt goed en het uitzicht vanaf de kamer over Phuket was erg mooi.

Cons:

Kamers zijn redelijk oubollig, een opknapbeurt zou niet verkeerd zijn. Het bed was zeer stevig. Er was geen balkon en de ramen konden niet open, waardoor er nauwelijks luchtcirculatie was.

Pros:

Hotel was very well located in the city, less than 10 min walk from phuket old town. Many restaurant, bar and market and shop close by. Free shuttle bus stop to go around town at hotel entrance - for those who don't want to walk. Very polite and helpful staff - special mention to Au, Ploy and Poppy and the restaurant servers.

Cons:

All windows were lock and couldn't even be slightly open to allow some fresh air in the room.

Pros:

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit des Hotels zwischen Pier und Flughafen und die Nähe zur historischen Altstadt ist gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer auf der 12. Etage war in die Jahre gekommen und nicht entsprechend eines 5 Sterne Hotels, für eine Nacht war es okay.

Will definitely stay here again pretty good location and value for money
Pros:

About ten minutes walk into old town main area but that was ok
Very good breakfast baked beans everyday mmmm
Room was a good size and good view of mountains

Cons:

Just a short walk into old town
Could do with separate pool towels not from the gym and the loungers could do with cushions a little uncomfortable when lying down

Rooms and spaces present very well and are modern. All staff were friendly and polite, attentive to customer needs. The breakfast buffet and the executive lounge were highlights for us.
