Room was clean and airy with lots of little extras - robes, straighteners ( as well as hairdryers!) , lovely toiletries. Good choice at breakfast and lovely restaurant area - indoors, conservatory and outdoors - they didnt keep strictly to time - if you wanted to linger a little longer that was ok. Light meals were also available throughout the day and lightb snacks and refreshments were included and available throughout the day for guests with breakfast . The location was perfect for us - A short walk to Heden and Haga, the stadiums (Scandinavium, Ullevi, SKF) and the canals. The amazing Gothenburg transport system was on our doorstep which made journeys further afield. We went for the Gothia cup so location was perfect

Cons:

I cant think of anything that could have been better. The 'jewel in the crown' so to speak was the staff - they were amazing and went over and above
