Çalışanları ve konumuyla güzel bir otel
Pros:

Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Konumu harika. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Kliması yoktu. Asansörü neredeyse tek kişilik. Terlik imkanı yoktu.

Nice, old style. Very comfortable and nice staff. Great location and good value for money

Cons:

Bad airflow, do #2 in the toilet and the whole room will smell.

Hard to contact the phone number for reception

No fridge in the room, no security box either. No closet

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kaffee und kleineres Gebäck zur Kaffeezeit kostenlos. SEHR ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof.
Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Ein späteres Auschecken bis 14:00 Uhr war gegen eine geringe Gebühr möglich.

Cons:

Keine Ablage für die benutzten Duschhandtücher im Bad. Eine einfache waagerechte Stange hätte noch Platz:)

Elegante ed accogliente, con tutti i confort. Cibo di ottima qualità, camera pulita e spaziosa con tutte le facilities (anche phon professionale e piastra per capelli), oltre ai prodotti cosmetici messi a disposizione.
La posizione eccellente per me che ero lì per un congresso allo Svenska Massan (centro congressi presso lo Scandinavium), con fermata del tram che in due fermate e pochi minuti ti porta in zona centrale.

Cons:

Unico limite è l'accessibilità per via di un ascensore molto piccolo e qualche gradino sul percorso tra ingresso e stanze. Mmmm

Veldig bra hotell med koselig atmosfære
Pros:

Tilgang på kaffe, te og småbakst hele tiden. Gode produkter, til og med noen stylingprodukter til hår på badet. Romslig rom med gode lenestoler i tillegg. God frokost med tilstrekkelig utvalg, og koselig spiseområde. Beliggenheten er spesielt god hvis man skal på Liseberg eller Scandinavium.

Cons:

Egentlig ikke mye som ikke var bra, men greit å vite at det ikke var heis til 2 etg (første etasjen med rom). For de med tung bagasje er greit å vite det, men var ikke et problem for meg. Rom mot bakgård, hvor det kunne være litt støy tidlig på morgenen hvis man sover med vinduet åpent.
