Pros:

The breakfast exceeded our expectations and started our day in an amazing way. The server in the breakfast room was extremely Customer Service orientated and all her efforts were much appreciated

We experienced several staff at the front desk and they were both excellent.

Cons:

The air inside was slightly stale. Could something be done with that?

Our friends got their king room for $120 and we paid $160 for two queen beds. Both via booking.com. Unsure why such a discrepancy. Please advise. Thx Lilian

I had a really great experience with Ramada, even though I didn’t end up staying. Due to an unexpected change in my work schedule, I had to request a last-minute cancellation. Their team was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond by approving it as a one-time exception. That level of customer service speaks volumes. It’s not often you come across a company that’s willing to work with you and show that kind of flexibility. Because of how they handled the situation, I’ll definitely be choosing Ramada for future stays. Highly recommend based on their professionalism, understanding, and excellent customer care.

I was put into 2 dirty rooms with pubic hair all over the bathroom and the previous guest makeup on the counter. Pool was gross and there was rowdy men drinking and swearing in the hot tub so my kid couldn't swim. I asked to speak with a manager and got no reply. Stay literally anywhere else
