Cons:

We waren op doorresi naar het Zuiden van Sapnje en het viel ons ten zeerste tegen dat het restaurant niet geopend was omdat ze een privé groep hadden. Hierdoor moesten we dus opnieuw de wagen nemen en een restaurant in de buurt zoeken. Er personeel dat aanwezig was, had bijna enkel ook voor de groep. Hoewel de bar normaal tot 23u open was, was ook daar geen personeel te bespeuren. De man aan de receptie heeft ons dan nog wel geholpen, maar de info die het hotel geeft, stemt niet overeen met de realiteit.

Zeer slechte ervaring, dit hotel mag de naam Mercure wat mij betreft niet dragen
Pros:

Eigenlijk niets, ik heb ook sterk het idee dat dit geen hotel van de Mercure keten is.

Cons:

Vies, oud, toilet spoelt niet door, toilet is vies, kamer stinkt en personeel achter receptie is onaardig

Pros:

Réservation, accueil, confort, petit déjeuner parfaits.

Cons:

Le service du dîner : serveur plus concerné par sa conversation avec le barman que par ses clients. Après une longe attente, nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert.
