Meile oli broneeritud tuba koroonaviirusega nakatanud tiiba. Küsisime uue toa, mille eest küsiti lisatasu 30€. Seda ei oleks me küll pidanud maksma. Olime korra juba selles hotellis ööbinud ja meile meeldis väga kuid enam me seal hotellis ei peatuks.

Ihan ok

Cons:

Hotellissa oli paljon asiakkaita, jotka olivat illalla Ratinassa keikalla ja palasivat sieltä vasta puolen yön jälkeen. Olisi ollut hienoa, jos olisi ollut mahdollisuus ostaa jotain yöpalaa ja istua hetki vaikka oluen kera hotellin baarissa.

Kids and parents both loved it! Great value even if on a bit more expensive side.
Pros:

Great breakfast, great lunch, nice wellness facilities. Room size was great. Service was great as well. Surprisingly great gluten-free (even better, wheat, egg, milk free options! for my kids)

Cons:

Price is on the more expensive side, especially for the quality of the room. However when considering the facilities and the experience, it's OK.

Ei suihkumyssyä, ei kenkälusikkaa, ei body lotion - normaali hotelllivarustusta.

Kylpylästä, sijainnista, kauniista huoneesta.

Cons:

Vessassa ei bidee suihkua mikä hämmästytti kovin. Lähtiessämme sanoin tästä respassa niin virkailija hyvin tylysti kommentoi että huoneet uusittu 2020 eikä niitä vaan ole asennettu. Outoa että upeasti rempatussa kylppärissä ei tänä päivänä sellaista ole.
