They have a coffee pitcher and some old muffins
I felt in the middle of the night after neighbors were being loud. Front desk switched rooms for me upstairs. Upstairs was much worse there was someone yelling and it sounded scary so I didn’t even go into that next room. I felt unsafe. I slept in my car that night.
This is the place we go to stay when I have to go to UCSF for appointments. I have Cancer and we have tried many hotels and this is our favorite. It is so relaxing and quiet. The staff is soo accommodating and professional. One in particular is outstanding and deserves a raise. Her name is Kossandra. Talking with her there is just something so bright about her personality. She is great at her job and is very bubbly and sweet. We will forever stay at this location for any appointments in the bay area. Thank Kossandra for your kindness.
Kossandra at the extended stay-Oakland-Alameda Airport is a sweetheart 💕 and should be givin a raise and promotion for her exceptional customer service and kindness!Thank you Kossandra!blessings to you and your family!
I enjoyed my stay I stay every Friday after work. It's so convenient and only 5 .minutes away from my job. One thing I love is the kitchenette I can cook like I'm home. The person at the front desk Kossandra was very nice and attentive.

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my checkout on April 16, 2026, at approximately 3:40 a.m.
At the time, I was checking out from room 322 and noticed that no one was present at the front desk. I knocked to get someone’s attention, and after about two minutes, an employee emerged from a corner area. It appeared that he may have been sleeping. The individual was wearing a black hoodie and glasses and began muttering profanity under his breath.
When I informed him that I was checking out, he responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, telling me to “drop off the keys in the jar,” using inappropriate language. When I asked for clarification, he stated that he was on his lunch break, again in a hostile tone, and continued speaking under his breath.
I found this interaction to be extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior from hotel staff. This encounter left a very negative impression.
I am bringing this matter to your attention so it can be properly addressed. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure that guests are treated with professionalism and respect in the future.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Avalos
