Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind ohne Klimaanlage und ein Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, da es viel zu laut ist. Keine Klobürste im Bad. Das Zimmer sehr eng. Der zu Lüftung bereitgestellte Ventilator, war sehr laut und altersschwach.

Cons:

Zimmer roch nach Zigaretten, übertüncht durch Duftspray. Ekliger Teppich statt Holz oder Fliesenboden wie in der Buchung steht, 8 Euro mehr bezahlt als in Buchung steht, vermutlich wegen Hund die letzte Absteige bekommen. Knapp 150 Euro, nie wieder. Besser auf dem Land ein nettes B&B suchen.

Beds were comfortable and staff were good

Cons:

Outside of the property looked very run down and uncared for. The evening ’all you can eat buffet’ was woeful. Some salad items and a potato dish, vegetables and meatballs, that was it. Probably the worst we’ve ever had

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel is very well maintained and in excellent condition, and our room was really nice, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to Jean Thomas, who welcomed us so warmly and was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. His excellent service really made a difference and made us feel very welcome.

Another big plus is that the hotel serves dinner until 9 PM, which is very convenient, especially after a long day of travelling, as you don’t need to go out looking for somewhere to eat.

Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with great service. We would definitely stay here again!
