Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.

Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.

In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorisation has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Risky in the event of a fire.
Pros:

Our location was terrific. A few blocks from a major Underground Station. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was in the basement. This would not be a legal hotel room in the states. One door. No other egress in case of a fire. And, the doors clearly marked ‘Fire Door - Keep Closed’ were propped open.

落ち着いた雰囲気のお部屋で、寛げました。

充電用のプラグを忘れてしまいましたが、USBコンセントがあったので、スマホの充電ができて助かりました。

Cons:

ドライヤーがワードローブの中に備え付けで、使いにくかったのが残念でした。

Klein hotel in een mooie rustige buurt vlakbij het metrostation Earls Court. En parkeren op een apart parkeerterrein van het hotel. Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Er was alleen Continental Breakfast, wel met een gekookt eitje maar geen scrambled eggs etc.

Comfortable, friendly hotel with an excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Only 3 mins walk to Earlscourt Tube Station. The bedroom and ensuite were spotless with all the necessary requirements. The staff were most courteous and helpful & the buffet breakfast was v good.

Cons:

I would have liked a wider selection of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Breakfast disappointed.. I only drink earl grey tea .. they had every tea but this .. I really don’t do breakfast but joined my travel companions.. they totally enjoyed what was on offer .. but I would have enjoyed some fruit some figs etc.. but only found a few grapes ion a bowl.. but great service
