Renovation Notice
Please note, our commitment to providing the best experience includes ongoing renovations. From November 28, 2023, to January 3, 2024, renovation work will be carried out in one of our Luxury double bedrooms. Minimal noise may occur during specified hours.

Important information:

Temporary Scaffolding
Until the end of May 2026 (completion date subject to change), scaffolding will be in place at the hotel for exterior maintenance works, including window painting, window cleaning, and brick cleaning. Works will take place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Saturday 08:00 AM-01:00 PM. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is required (charges apply) - please contact the hotel. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans).

A photo ID card or passport will be required from each person staying.

Where there is a minor staying and their ID does not obviously indicate a direct familial relationship with the adult(s) staying, further evidence must be required of authority to co-occupy / care, according to our legal obligation.

Please note different cancellation terms apply for bookings made on a flexible plan for 2 or more apartments, or 3 or more rooms, or where the booking exceeds GBP 1.000 or 6 nights. In such instances, guests will be contacted by email.

In the case of advance payment / non refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking. The same card must be presented upon check in unless prior authorisation has been arranged with the hotel. In all other cases, your credit or debit card will be preauthorised for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival date, with payment due upon arrival. When charging your card, the GBP booking amount will be converted to the currency of your card by our credit card machine provider. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great value and an excellent location
Pros:

Nothing negative to say. Spacious room, very comfortable four poster bed. Less than 5 minute walk to Earls Court underground, with easy onward access to central London.

Lovely find with aircon - will definitely return!
Pros:

Room was larger than most in London (Junior Suite). Location was great for the Tennis at Wimbledon (District line directly there) and from kings Cross (Piccadilly Line) to get home.
Staff were very friendly and no end on the bed (important with a 6ft 5 husband!
Shower pressure was amazing and the air-con worked a dream!

Sehr schönes, sauberes kleines Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage und mit guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind unter einem Jahr angereist und das Hotel hat uns ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss war sehr ruhig, sauber und angenehm. Das Bad war modern und offenbar neu gemacht. Das Frühstück kostet 10 GBP pro Person und Tag und war für den Preis gut, mit kontinentalem Frühstück, Säften und Kaffee. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit war praktisch. Der reservierte Parkplatz befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt auf einem abgesperrten Hof.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat zwar einen Aufzug, ist aber insgesamt nicht wirklich barrierefrei. Mit Kinderwagen war der Weg zum Zimmer und zurück dadurch recht umständlich. Der Parkplatz muss vorher reserviert werden und kostet 39 GBP pro Tag, was man bei der Planung berücksichtigen sollte.
