Need to replace beds too old and the shower did had a a stable shower head

I stayed at South Natomas location for three nights. On the morning I checked out , I asked for clean fave towels only , house keeping told me I have to give her my dirty towels to receive clean towels. Instead of making her come all the way to my floor where my room was I brought the towels downstairs to her in the lobby. She gave me clean face towels ONLY. When I checked out my room at 10:22 I was told I would receive my deposit back. Around 5:00 pm I called to make sure I would receive it I was told by front desk they was keeping my deposit because towels where missing. The same towels I gave to house keeping. I explained to them I gave them to house keeping and they can run the cameras back to see. They never ran the cameras back and told me I wasn’t receiving my deposit back. I am a single mother I had my kids with me and I feel that is unfair when I clearly gave the towels back to housing keep. The woman at the front desk was rude didn’t want to help me. I will never stay at this location again worse experience ever !

Housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms every day, if you want your room done, you need to request it at Front Desk the prior night, but we were not informed about it and there was no sign at our room door to request it. When we came back around 1 pm, the housekeeping ladies denied to clean the room because it was not requested by front desk. We had to insist to the morning front desk clerk (that didn’t seem to be friendly and proactive to help) finally she had to talk to housekeeping otherwise we would have to stay in a dirty room.
Breakfast place is too small for the amount of people having breakfast at the same time, not enough tables and chairs.
There is no refrigerator nor microwave in the room.
Some maintenance needed to be done to keep room and bathroom updated, like patching holes/scratches on the wall. The only bathroom hook is not good to hold your clothes or towels, everything fells down to the floor.
The hotel es close to the freeway entrance, but not in the city, it is no place to walk or see around it, only trucks.

Smelled like Marijuana and human poop sewage.

The guys who checked in to the "adjoining room" (after we were asleep) could be heard through the walls, and when they tried to open the adjoining door, which was locked from our side, thank goodness. It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but next time we'll ask for a room that doesn't have an adjoining door. Not sure how to ask for walls that block sounds of neighbors. The other thing that was negative was the shorter-than-usual bed. Or maybe it was the way the sheets were tucked in so tight. both if us felt like it was shorter than usual; I'm 5'5" and my husband is 6'2". Hard to figure out... Otherwise all OK.

They don’t have Refrigerator for my bottle water for cool and Microwave.People parking the car are not good.They park their cars close to my car.

The floors were disgusting. 😆 I mean like animal food on the floor and just filth especially around the base of the beds. Wear your shoes! There's also no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Not even a chair to sit in at the desk.
