Very clean, comfortable and perfect location with on site parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had negative experience because:
-bathroom sink was clogged all the time- disgusting
- swimming pool guests were leaving bunch of black hair floating that nobody cleaned-disgusting
-there was no bed sheets for sofa bed!!!! Your staff Never brought sheets for 1st night when we called!!
-parking was not on site and we still paid extra for it it should be included in the price if it’s not on site!!!?
We will never stay with you again!!!!

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean. The bathrooms were updated and beautiful. The location was great! We had an amazing view of the falls.

Cons:

The parking. I know that once the staff gave you the parking pass that you can park anywhere on the premises but parking was still a little tight

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel looked very nice in the photos, but the reality was quite different. When we arrived, our room was not as clean as we expected, and the overall condition did not match what was shown online.
The front desk service was also not very welcoming or helpful. When you travel to Niagara Falls and pay for a hotel based on the photos and the room you selected, you expect to receive what you booked and to be treated with good customer service.

Overall, the location may be convenient, but unfortunately the cleanliness, room assignment, and customer service did not meet our expectations.
