Bel hôtel pour visiter les chutes du Niagara
Pros:

L’emplacement est top à côté des chutes et de la ville on peut tout faire à pieds.
La chambre était bien et les lits confortables avec une belle vue sur les chutes et la salle de bains avec douche

A localização foi perfeita. Melhor nao poderia ser. A ducha do chuveiro foi maravilhosa.

O cheiro do quarto nao era muito bom, e o ar condicionado nao funcionava perfeitamente. Para quem vai com pet eles tem restrições chatas: ligar para avisar que vai com pet (ligar? Quem liga hoje em dia? Nao usam email?); Somente alguns quartos podem ser usados para pet, mesmo pagando taxa extra, nao faz sentido! Mas ok, regras do lugar; peso limite do pet, que ainda tive que escutar "bronca" porque o meu pet parecia passar do peso..... enfim...ficamos lá assim mesmo, mas poderia ter ficado sem esses comentários.

staff was wonderful!!
Pros:

Every staff member was attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Everyone had a smile and made our stay flawless.

Cons:

I realize the cost reflects the seasonal nature of the stay and the location but it would have been better if it cost less.

The location was great and the staff was fabulous!

Cons:

Ice machines weren't working on our floor or the next one above us. We basically went to all the floors to find one that worked.
The pool towels needed to be restocked. Thankfully another guest was able to ask the front desk for more towels, since we were already in the pool.
