Decent, but could have been better.
Pros:

Location, Staffs and cleanliness

Cons:

We stayed in the family room which is supposed to have a queen size Sofa bed for 2 people. But the bed was barely good for one. And was making cranky sound when someone was changing side.

The view was incredible and worth staying overnight, we wished we booked another night!
Pros:

The location is an amazing spot to stay, the WEGO blue bus line is right outside meaning if you got the bus to Niagara it takes 10-12 minutes back to the pick up point for for flix bus. The Railway moving car it’s just around the corner with quick and easy access to Table rock where you see the falls. We were on the 14th floor, with the fallsview room, it was so worth it as you see day and night.

We loved it all.

Overall, the experience was good. It would have been good if the stay included breakfast.

My booking did not include breakfast. I think a hotel of this standard should provide breakfast as a standard.

Thought we paid for fallsview but ended up staying in the lower 5 storey side that is pretty dated ( wallpaper pealing and old dirty calking) but did have a new shower that was also very slippery btw. Not terrible overall but not sure if its worth the $450 a night

Loved my stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! My favorite part of the room was definitely the jacuzzi tub—it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept great. The view from my room was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downsides were the price, which I felt was a little high, and the pool. It was much smaller and shallower than I expected. If the pool were larger, it would have made the experience even better.
Despite those things, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Everything was great except for the bed and that’s what I paid for was a bed!

The staff was fabulous . Conveniently located and very clean

Cons:

The bed was a nightmare !
It was so soft and sunken. I had a hard time sleeping and had a terrible backache from it.
