Das Zimmer war Groß und Komfortabel

Cons:

Dreckige Teppiche auf dem Weg zum Zimmer. Offene Türen von Räumen in denen E-Verteilungen waren. Lose Kabel ohne Schutz aus der Decke hängend.

Im Zimmer

Schimmel an den Dichtungen der Dusche. Bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse hätte ich anderes erwartet.

Nette Fame am
Empfang, aber sehr unhöfliches Personal im Hintergrund.
Mir wurde recht unhöflich mitgeteilt, dass ich hätte vor der Tür (Mitten auf der Straße) hätte stehen bleiben sollen, ins Hotel gehen und nach einer Parkmöglichkeit hätte Fragen müssen und nicht einfach ins Parkaus fahren. Dann hätte die Dame jetzt nichts ändern müssen.
Als ich den Vorschlag machte, diesen Hinweis bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit aufzunehmen bekam ich als Antwort, dass kein Gast lost was das Hotel schreibt. Der Mann war sehr unhöflich, ebenso die Dame aus dem Hintergrund. Warum die sich überhaupt eingemischt haben war mir ein Rätsel, denn wir hatten alles bereits mit der sehr netten Rezeptionistin geklärt.
No Go für ein Haus mit 4 Sternen in der oberen Preisklasse.

Cher pour ce que c'était.

Accès aux thermes payant malgré prix élevé de la chambre.

22 euros pour un petit-déjeuner qui est vraiment très basique pour un hotel. Au moins, c'était frais.

L'air conditionné, situé dans la chambre, était anormalement bruyant. un des pans du ventilateur était probablement défectueux.

La salle de bain est équipée d'un gel-douche-shampoing tout en un. A ce prix-là, j'aurais apprécié avoir séparément le gel-douche, le shampoing, le conditionner, voire même des crèmes. On n'a pas tous la même définition d'un 4 étoiles malheureusement.

Guter ausgangspunkt für zum shoppen

Cons:

Ein Mitarbeiter war so inkompetent ( eine kräftige mit blonden Haaren ) haben 2 mal Probleme mit ihr gehabt.

Lovely but over priced
Pros:

Location was good and the therme was very lovely

Cons:

The sky bar was never serving when we went 3 times despite saying it was open until 11 and we tried at various times. The hotel was very nice but not worth the amount that we paid

Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, freundliches Personal
Zimmer war sauber und auch sonst völlig ok

Cons:

Therme bräuchte mal eine Renovierung, vor allem die Außenbereiche.
Die Dachterrasse könnte so schön sein wenn man ein paar Euros in die Hand nimmt.
