Precio elevado para utilizar el sauna que es lo que atrae del lugar
Pros:

Habitacion silenciosa y espaciosa

Cons:

Instalaciones del cuarto en malas condiciones el baño. En el precio alto no estaba incluido el sauna ni el desayuno

Pros:

Easy access, with parking and no difficulty finding a spot. The place itself is nice and very cosy. The spa is excellent, with Aufguss sessions every hour. There is also a business lounge in the spa area, which is perfect for working on a laptop or checking emails and messages.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean. The restaurant offers high-quality food, there is a designated smoking area, and the massage was also very good.

Overall, I really can’t complain!

Cons:

Like every property, there are good and bad aspects, but overall I can say that the basics are well respected here.

The only point worth mentioning is that access to the spa comes with an additional €10 fee, and bathrobes, towels, and slippers are also charged separately. However, considering the size and quality of the wellness facilities, I can understand the costs involved in maintaining and operating such a large spa area. Therefore, I would not consider this a negative point, but perhaps something that could be reconsidered in the future.

Other than that, I honestly cannot think of anything I disliked. There was nothing shocking or disappointing during my stay, and overall the experience was very positive.

Lage, Therme

Cons:

Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl und schlechten Produkten, Zimmer nur halb geputzt, keine Ansprechperson in der Nacht, nicht ausreichend Parkplätze in dem eigene Parkhaus

Pros:

Natürlich die Nähe zur Innenstadt und dass es ein Wellness Angebot gibt.

Cons:

Während meines Aufenthalts wurde mir als Einzelreisendem freundlicherweise ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich sehr positiv hervorheben möchte.

Leider war die Ausstattung des Zimmers insgesamt recht spartanisch und entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen. Besonders unangenehm waren jedoch die starken Kanalisation- bzw. Abwassergerüche aus dem Badezimmer. Diese waren dauerhaft wahrnehmbar und haben den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Auch der Saunabereich hinterließ einen zwiespältigen Eindruck. Dort hielten sich  Kinder im Alter von etwa vier bis fünf Jahren auf, während die Eltern sich teilweise in anderen Bereichen der Sauna aufhielten. Die Kinder waren somit zeitweise unbeaufsichtigt, was sowohl die Erholung als auch das Wohlbefinden anderer Gäste beeinträchtigte.

Insgesamt gibt es einige positive Ansätze, jedoch besteht insbesondere bei der Zimmerqualität und der Organisation im Wellnessbereich noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Spodziewałam się trochę wyższego standardu jak za tę cenę
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra. Wszędzie blisko.

Cons:

Myślałam że goście hotelowi mają za darmo basen, a nie za 10 euro.. Łóżka średnio wygodne, jakoś mi się tak dziwnie spało. Brak kuchni, nie można było samemu sobie ugotować. Jak ktoś zostaje na dłuższy czas, np.5 dni lub więcej papier toaletowy powinien być dostarczany codziennie lub co 2 dzień. Jak ktoś jest we dwójkę to codziennie...

Cons:

The hotel kept the full payment despite this. They were entirely within their rights to do so under the booking terms, but given the circumstances it would have been nice to see a little flexibility or goodwill.
