Sabor a “members club” inglés en la mejor zona de Victoria
Pros:

Sabor a club inglés en el mejor sitio de Victoria, pero OJO no es un hotel y algunos servicios no se prestan.

Cons:

Al no ser hotel, no tiene conserje, porteadores etc. Tardsn mucho en hacer la habitación por las mañanas.

Great hotel and a great value for being downtown close to the harbour.
Pros:

We liked the character of the building, we are not members so didn’t use the facilities. It has lots of character and rooms are updated just enough to still remain true to the age of it.

Cons:

No air conditioning and the fan was so noisy, but it did drown out any street noise as we had to have the windows open in hopes of a cool breeze at night.

Pros:

The location is great .
We arrived around 8 In the evening , the dining room was closed so we sat visiting in an adjacent social room , as we visited mice started running around first one then 3 , it was very disturbing I mentioned it to the desk clerk twice . If they are in the lounge area they are in the dining room room and probably the hotel rooms , needless to say I didn’t get much sleep,
I mean really please for the sake of your country’s reputation clean up your act .
I was very disappointed to say the least.
I consider it a one and done experience.

Very small room, no AC, only fans, parking is a real problem. Staff very friendly snd helpful.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

No parking on site, parking provided at an additional cost per night, very inconvenient to have to walk a couple of blocks to your parked car. Hotel has only one entrance card to parking garage.

Verouderde en muffe club
Pros:

De ligging was perfect, 2 min vanaf de haven.

Cons:

De inrichting leek mooi oud en club-achtig, maar is feitelijk geheel verouderd. Het rook er muf als een oude kroeg. Kamer was vrij klein, uitzicht op een vies oud dak. Kledingvoorschrift als je in de club-ruimtes wilde.

Cool building and close to action but felt weird staying in an old man club house.
Pros:

It's close to everything. Cool old building. Cheapest place to stay close to the action.

Cons:

Saw mice running around main area. Luckily none in our room. It feels like you are staying in a club you are not part of. Feels very weird walking around club members in suits. Rooms are small. Parking in blocks away.

Great location, professional staff, beautiful and historic main floor

Cons:

Little soundproofing (could hear other rooms and the incessant seagulls outside), shower faucet and doors seemed calcified (difficult to turn or pull the taps/handles)

At one time it may have been a nice place but they are charging top rate for a very old “mens club” room! Very disappoin

Very old building that feels like it was just painted over.
If you drive a truck good luck finding parking! The woman at the desk said she would try to find me parking and would phone me. Never heard anything!
