Unmet expectations over and over.
Pros:

The staff was kind, the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The bathroom light would unexpectedly shut off but when we asked for it to be fixed there were no maintenance staff since 2:00 in the afternoon. The next day no one came to solve the problem. We set all of our dirty towels out and they were picked up but the cleaning crew didn’t leave us any new towels. When we asked for more there were only 2 available. At 10:45pm, as we were going to sleep, a staff member knocked on our door to bring us more towels. I had reserved 2 Queen beds, I got a king bed room and then they couldn’t change it because the entire hotel was booked. We weren’t able to check in early, the pool was closed, and the exterior door at the side of the hotel never locked. When we got there to check in there was a long line. A manager was sitting at the front desk with another employee and the manager didn’t help to check anyone in. The hotel knew they were fully booked and had only one staff member who was doing everything. She was constantly away from the desk. Therefore none of the regular amenities were available. The water was empty in the lobby, another customer had no air conditioning in their room, and any requests took forever. This was a very sub par stay.

Good value for lodging in the Bend area.......

A good experience
Pros:

I liked that it was close to a Safeway and a Walmart. Which was very helpful for me. I did also like that it wasn’t too big of a property where I could get lost in.

Place was to out dated, and didnt have elavators if you are disabled.

This place had us in the basement with many stairs. My wife's health condition did not allow her to use the stairs; I had never heard of a place that didn't accommodate everyone with health concerns. Others had elevators, but the gal named Stevie helped us out with a room on the main floor, or we would have had to cancel.

Pros:

Room was clean, quite and well equipped with funiture.

Cons:

All 1st floor rooms are actually in basement. If you dont like basement, you have to request 2nd or 3rd floor room in advance.
The staff said it's booked through 3rd party, we have to call booking.com and booking.com should call this hotel to change room. What an inconvenience
!!

Pros:

Good location for transit. Liked the firm bed and the smaller sized pillows (only hotel that had this amongst the many we used on our trip). Nice breakfast

Cons:

Lugging heavy bags up & down stairs was not easy. Would help if the shower curtains were a bit longer

It’s an okay stay
Pros:

Location was good and it was comfortable.

Cons:

The plumbing was VERY NOISY. When showering or flushing the toilet the plumbing squealed loudly until the water shut off.
The pool was drained and there was no mention of it when booking or we would have booked elsewhere.
