The location was good. The front desk ladies were very very friendly and professional.
The room was not clean. There was blood smears on the bathroom walls and the shower had hair all over it. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The curtains also had stains all over them. The overall feel of the room was grimy and unclean. I will not return to this location.

Room has not been vacuumed well. Crumbs on floor in corners and around table. Frayed fabric on chair, damaged window sill. I shouldn’t have an inferior room because I have a pet. I paid an extra $25 for that so the room should have been cleaner

It was very dirty! The toilet had pee running down the base of it totally gross. They blankets on the bed didn’t look like they get washed first thing I took off! The floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it! The breakfast was nonexistent! They didn’t have an elevator so we had to haul our lauggage up the stairs n we are to old to be doing that but they never said they didn’t have an elevator in there ad!

Wasn’t clean - lots of dirt / hair on the carpet and bathroom. Desk chair and desk were sticky. The property is worn out. Hallway / staircase carpet was very dirty as an example. Could hear every activity in the rooms above and next to the room. Bed was way too soft.
Breakfast was the usual offering but the eggs were not dehydrated properly, the sausage undercooked and the waffle maker didn’t heat up enough.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good quality same as orange juice
Improve the shower curtains. Too short so the water from the shower goes in to the bathroom floor

Három hét alatt utaztam körbe 11 államot és itt is megszálltam a Crater Lake miatt. A Város egyébként szimpatikus volt. Az ingyenes Parkolás a szálláson nagyon hasznos.
A szőnyegpadló koszos volt és büdös, ahogy a szoba is, mivel a legalsó szinten kaptam szobát, dohos szag is keveredett benne. A matrac annyira puha volt, hogy számomra alvásra alkalmatlan volt. Mint mikor az embernek a lába magasabban van mint a feje. Három hét alatt 16 szálláson voltam az USA-ban, ez volt a leggyengébb és a legdrágább.
The room itself was spacious and clean. The location was convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was better than expected. Pet-friendly.
The lack of an elevator and working pool were pretty big drawbacks. Yes, the pool was well noted before check-in but the elevator was a bit of a surprise and they even make you initial acknowledging it, which tells you it’s been an issue. I personally found the mattress and pillows quite uncomfortable and didn’t get a great night sleep. It was adequate for one night but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.
I like the location. I like the cleanliness of the room. I like the breakfast. You are my first choice when I start searching for a hotel. You are my favorite hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional. Thank you.
