The location is very nice in a nice area with a view on the Nile and it's absolutely a good choice

I will be staying here again this hotel made my experience so enjoyable .
Pros:

The location was perfect it was very safe but also beautiful. It has a direct view of the Nile and it was very close to everything. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable anything we needed was readily accessible. We really enjoyed our time there!

Cons:

Honestly there is nothing I didn’t like.

We had an excellent stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Cairo.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel was clean, and the location in Zamalek was perfect for exploring Cairo. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall service.

Cons:

We had booked a room with a Nile view, but the room we initially received did not have a direct view of the Nile. We had to pay an additional fee to be moved to a room with the view we had expected when booking.

Struttura molto bella nel complesso residenziale di Zamalek. Posizione ottima al centro del Cairo. Staff eccellente, sempre al tuo servizio. Colazione molto buona e con tantissima scelta. Camera molto spaziosa e ben organizzata.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa: la piscina, molto bella ma poco esposta al sole. Abbiamo soggiornato a inizio giugno e alle 12.00 era già all’ombra in quanto il sole veniva coperto dalla struttura dell’hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.

A special thanks goes to Farida (Guest Relations manager)and Nehal (Guest Relations ) for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Their friendly attitude and attention to guests made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to Abdelrahman from Housekeeping. The room decoration was absolutely beautiful, and his attention to every detail was exceptional. It was clear that a lot of effort and care went into making the room perfect.

The level of service, attention to detail, and guest experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cairo, and I will definitely be coming back again.
