Pros:

It was a truly wonderful stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-organized, and the location was excellent. What I appreciated most was the warm welcome and professionalism of all the staff; they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making it a truly special experience. The service was also outstanding, and everything was impeccably organized. I thank the entire hotel team for this wonderful experience, and I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Great stay with excellent service and a perfect location. I would happily stay here again

The carpet needs to be replaced as it did not appear clean. The bathroom sink was blocked, and the refrigerator was not working, which affected the overall comfort of the stay

Cons:

The reception staff were exceptional—very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their excellent customer service made my stay enjoyable

The location is what we were looking for.

Cons:

For the price paid, I was very disappointed with the state of the room. It was a partial view of the Nile. The property is very old. No amenities in the bathroom.

A lovely riverside breakfast
Pros:

We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast provided with a wide variety of food, both that which you'd expect such as eggs, fruit, porridge but also other dishes such as Indian daal and an Egyptian fava bean dish called Foul. Out hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome, including Amanoub who wished to make sure we were happy with what we had to eat.

Pros:

Prepare to be scammed. Most of the positive reviews are about the restaurant and restaurant staff. Otherwise the hotel is very dated and they will try to cheat you in to a different room. You have been warned.
