Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Das Bett (und auch die Kissen) waren bequem.

Cons:

Teilweise war etwas schmuddelig geputzt. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein (wenig Abstellfläche), deshalb nur für sehr kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Pas de solution de stationnement. Chambre vétuste avec équipement non conforme.
Restaurant privatisé du coup le personnel n’est pas à l’écoute des autres clients

Fijne sfeer. Kamers netjes ruim met goed bed en goede airco. Alles netjes schoon. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers.

Not quiet or in the centre of the town
Pros:

I wish people wrote honest reviews. This hotel is not near the middle of the town nor is it quiet. The hotel is situated on a roundabout on the main road into Annecy. It is not in a nice area of the town and at the moment a drill is blaring outside my window. There are numerous unsavoury characters around the area and it doesn’t feel particularly safe for a solo traveller. There are no transport links to the old town or the lake itself, this means long walks along ugh streets to get anywhere or an expensive taxi. The hotel while reasonably new is quite shabby and the bedroom is small and badly designed. The cleaner does her best and the staff on reception and in the bar are lovely. However the staff are all very young and when a problem arises, they don’t know what to do, Very very disappointed with this stay!!!!

Central location, good standard, don't expect individual treatment
Cons:

Made a reservation for 3 underground parking spaces for high valued cars which was confirmed. when we arrived the lots were given to others, reception even didn't know to whom and no one did anything to change this than apologizing. They lead us to a spooky shady old public parking where our cars were anything than safe. Ruined our stay massively
