Come lato positivo la vicinanza rispetto alla stazione e al centro, la cortesia di alcuni dello staff

Cons:

La pulizia scadente della camera, l'aria condizionata non funzionava inizialmente e il condizionatore era pieno di polvere, noi con una allergia importante abbiamo dovuto prendere dei farmaci.
Ci hanno aiutato a riattivare l'aria condizionata e ci hanno detto che una volta usciti avrebbe pulito, ma così non è stato
La colazione scarsa per il numero di ospiti, eravamo in 20 in fila al bancone, la stanza molto piccola e i tavoli non bastavano per tutti.

Pros:

I liked the breakfast and varieties. And one staff member in particular was so so nice with me and my kids.

Cons:

The reception staff, we arrived late because of late landing so I understand people have long days at work but, I still expect the minimum of niceness and help.
