Pros:

Staff is very kind.
Breakfast was great

Cons:

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly so it stayed warm in the room.
I brought my portable ventilator with me. So it's was bearable.

Breakfast buffet was varied and constantly replenished with whatever was missing. Excellent choices, and in our opinion, more than satisfactory.

OK para uma noite
Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, boa localização próxima a estação de comboios, pequeno almoço variado para os padrões italianos, quarto amplo, limpo, cama confortável e com uma varanda agradável.

Cons:

Foi um dia de muito calor em Bolonha e o ar condicionado do quarto não gelava, então a noite não teve uma temperatura agradável. A roupa de cama estava desgastada, o Wi-Fi era extremamente lento e perdia-se o sinal com facilidade.

Senza Aria condizionata male..... anzi malissimo

Tutto sommato la colazione era buona e la posizione ottima.....

Cons:

Non si può dormire due notti senza aria condizionata laddove nella camera ha battuto il sole quasi tutto il giorno e per di più la seconda notte mi viene staccata la ventola (l'unica fonte di refrigerio) mentre dormivo e mi sveglio più volte con il collo tutto sudato. Inoltre, prima di andare a letto, chiedo alla reception almeno un ventilatore all'una di notte e mi dicono che me lo devo andare a prendere io giù..... mah

Es perfecto para unos días en Bologna!
Pros:

La ubicación al lado de la estación y del centro en pocos minutos. La habitación tranquila, muy cómoda, el baño y ducha perfectos. Desayuno abundante y variado. Si vuelvo no dudaré en alojarme aquí de nuevo!

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location is great, close to railway station and also to the city center, breakfast in the garden is nice. The opportunity to have free tea/coffee/water 24h is wonderful.

The shower was a bit tired. During peak times, breakfast could feel a bit crowded.

Pros:

It was close enough tp the city. Cleaning staff wete helpfull. Thete was off street parking .

Cons:

Reception staff weren't very friendly, one fellow offeted to show us to our room then said it's over there and up the stairs while looking down his nose. Place was also run down, black stuff floating out of aircon, though they did try fixing it but didn't change a thing, shower door was missing a wheel so was hard to slide. Breakfast wasn't great but not the worst, breakfast room was so small there was another room and then an outside room, seemed ramshackled.
