Pros:

The property was close to the conference center. Walking distance even.

Cons:

The only problem was the construction down town. Although this wasn’t an issue from the hotel. Over stay was great

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work well. The room was hot and it was unpleasant to sleep at night. The lobby and my daughters room was significantly cooler than my room. Room 1801 needs a new air conditioner.

they tried to downgrade my room and charge me the same. Didnt tell me they downgraded me until i got in the room and when i called they tried to get out it.

Friendly staff. But we’d stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Joshua at reception was friendly and kind enough to offer to fix the situation by bringing us a pack and play and offering us Hilton reward points, which we never received.

Cons:

The hotel room was a bit dirty and had some to-go food container in the corner. We also requested a room on the north side of the building to see the July 4th fireworks, which was acknowledged, but by the time we got into our room, we realized that it was on the complete opposite side of the building. And we had contacted the hotel before our arrival about a baby crib or a pack and play, which was never responded to.

Decent but not the best.
Pros:

Staff was nice, located in an amazing spot downtown!

Cons:

We stayed 7/11-7/13 and the pool was not open (very upset kiddos), hair was in our bathroom, no trash bags in our trash cans, stains on the floors, pull out couch was absolutely awful with springs poking through, a kitchen worker was nice enough to bring us a QR code sticker to our room so we could order room service. For the price, we thought our stay would be a little better.

Pros:

Got here on a Monday and my room has been a solid 80-84 degreee since then. I have asked multiple times for accommodations or help fixing the issue and nothing is getting solved. I am staying here for a full week and have been sleeping in 84 degree weather. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the pure fact that they don’t care about their customers and the front desk is rude about the whole situation as well.

Great service and experience
Pros:

We had a quick one night’s stay at the Hilton. We were really impressed with the hotel and service. Shout out to Anthony who went above and beyond to help us! He was friendly and professional. We had a great overall experience at the Hilton. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay kicked off by a brilliant conversation with Tony at the front. He made us feel like royalty as he transferred our gear from the car to the room. First impressions are everything and Tony made a great first impression!
