Clean,comfy,friendly
The pool was down. That's the whole reason we stay there and never got a notification that the pool was down until we got there and a paper was in the room we would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known.
Got here on a Monday and my room has been a solid 80-84 degreee since then. I have asked multiple times for accommodations or help fixing the issue and nothing is getting solved. I am staying here for a full week and have been sleeping in 84 degree weather. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the pure fact that they don’t care about their customers and the front desk is rude about the whole situation as well.
We had a quick one night’s stay at the Hilton. We were really impressed with the hotel and service. Shout out to Anthony who went above and beyond to help us! He was friendly and professional. We had a great overall experience at the Hilton. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay kicked off by a brilliant conversation with Tony at the front. He made us feel like royalty as he transferred our gear from the car to the room. First impressions are everything and Tony made a great first impression!

Valet service was outstanding, Greg Chappell was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.
Tony was beyond patient and accommodating with helping us load our luggage and understand our bearings with the volleyball tournament we were going to. Top experience with Tony!
Room suite with separate room for office
The shower had a drip the was very noisy. Staff was able to fix. Toilet shook when it flushed. Staff not able to resolve

Check in was a but chaotic. Several elevators were experiencing issues, which held up dozens of guests.

I came here today and some of your staff were very helpful. I needed to step inside for a quick second and my little son began crying. Anthony or Tony as he stated was very helpful in keeping my son occupied and kept him from crying. That shows the hospitality and amazing customer service skills your employees possess. He didn't have to help in that way at all. Thank you Tony! Awesome job Hilton .
