Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful. Pool was a good temperature compared to most hotels.

Cons:

Room needed to get vacuumed. The cold water on bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter.
There is no microwave in the rooms.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, with some minor fixes needed.
Pros:

The steak and seafood restaurant was fantastic, and reasonably priced! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful!

Cons:

Your parking garage machines were acting up. There was a little damage to the shower mounts. The AC hardly worked until set to low. Your fridge needs to be thawed out as it smells awful.
