Comfortable bed
I was placed in an accessible room which wasn't required and it took 15 minutes to check in . Its a shame because every other time I have stayed was great

Great pillows and bed. Friendly staff upon check in and check out. My request for a low floor, off the main road was meet. Fantastic as I am in Sydney for a training course and live in the quiet country.
Being so close to the train station made this accomodation fantastic. Rooms were clean and tidy- not huge but ok for what we needed. Amazing hotel restaurant! Great range of fantastic food - Asian food.
One of the front office staff was less than helpful when checking in. Beds were quite hard and everything was quite basic.
Close to city, walking distance to places like Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House, Hyde Park, St Mary’s Cathedral, Chinatown etc. Staff is friendly and approachable. There is a laundry area which I did not get to use.

This hotel was perfect for what I needed it for, a quick visit to watch the football. I was able to walk to the SCG in about 30 minutes and also Circular Quay in about the same time. It was a shorter walk to Pitt Street Mall and mostly flat for that walk. The staff were amazing, I landed very early in the morning and then were able to check me in at around 12.30/1pm. I did have to take a different room that had two single beds that they were going to push together later but that never happened. This honestly didn't bother me as they had already been super helpful.
The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off due to someone having a steaming shower and the communication about what was happening and when to go back into the hotel was VERY unclear. No one seemed to know if they needed to evacuate or not and when we could go back in. They need better emergency management strategies to provide a safer experience for their guests. I also wouldn't order room service, the food was horrible and made me quite unwell!

The connecting door wasn’t lock. Neighbours were opening the connecting door roughly and caused a shock for my elderly dad. They were making lots of noise starting from the time they arrived at night up till the early morning. Room was definitely not sound proofed.
