Location was great and accessible to get anywhere in city. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Also great view for the price!

The staff were very rude, they lied, and they purposely made me wait 45 minutes to check in (and then charged me twice).
Our group travel to Sydney often and we won’t be staying at this venue in future as a result.

I thought automatic check in which you had to do yourself was Awful. I can tell you know working in the industry myself, not being greeted by a friendly member of staff. It is Huge for the customers.Around top of the window internally. The wall was significantly away from where it should have been. Plaster board I guess. Huge gap. It was hid under the net curtains.

Wir hatten das Zi. 1013. Das Zimmer verfügte über die gebuchten 2 Einzelbetten, die beide bequem waren. Als zusätzlicher Komfort stand neben den Badutensilien, ein Wasserkocher und Kaffee- und Teezubehör, welche auf Bitte nachgefüllt wurden. Das WLAN war für Urlaubszwecke ausreichend, auch wenn es ab und an abstürzte. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreicht man in 3-5 Gehminuten. Diese haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts kaum genutzt, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sich in der Nähe befinden.
1. Die Aussicht. Das gegenüberliegende Hochhaus ließ keine Aussicht auf das Haus selber zu und verdunkelte das Zimmer sehr. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer Gruft. 2. Es stand keine Toilettenbürste zur Verfügung. Auch durch mehrmaliges Spülen konnten die Reste nicht beseitigt werden. Da diese auch nicht vom Zimmerservice nicht beseitigt wurden, empfanden wir das ganze etwas eklig. 3. Die Kommunikation. Da wir das 2. Mal gebucht haben, hatte ich bei der Buchung 6 Monate vorher angefragt, ob wir das Zimmer von unseren letzten Besuch wieder haben könnten. Da ich keine Antwort erhielt, ging ich davon aus, dass dies kein Problem ist. Erst beim Check-In erfuhr ich, dass Zimmer mit Aussicht nur den Gäste mit längeren Aufenthalt als 4 Nächte vorbehalten sind. Diese Antwort hätte ich bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Anfrage erwartet. Da hätte ich mich besser darauf einstellen können.
I liked the bar cocktail hours and the food I had was great. Easy access to everywhere.
We had a roll away bed set up for one night. There were no pillows provided and when I went to reception to ask for 2 pillows when we got back there was only one pillow. I had to give up one of mineworkers my friend.
Good price for right in the city. Arrived super late and was handy to have a 24hour convenience store located just opposite the hotel. Plus really nice decor.
