Nice location. Very average accomidations

Cons:

My floor had old worn carpet. Dirty stains. The rug in my room was very dirty. Wood trim in the room rotting. Room very basic and worn. Not the standard for an InterContinental Hotel

Just go out and buy breakfast
Pros:

We loved how close it was to Cleveland Clinic

Cons:

They are remodeling and the breakfast was 1 star out of 10 especially when we paid additional to have breakfast every day. Until they get everything remodeled I will not be using the restaurant facilities. I can’t stand for flies to be on any food I’m looking at

Delightful 18-day stay
Pros:

The location is conveniently close to all the buildings on the Cleveland Clinic campus, and the shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The staff of the hotel is too notch, and the restaurant food is good. I would stay there again.

Relaxing - with a big dash of security and kindness.
Pros:

We always stay here when in Cleveland because of the attentive staff. The folks that work here are just amazingly kind, considerate, and plain old friendly. The rooms have always been spotless and everything works. No light bulbs missing, remote that works, and furniture that isn’t broken. The location is a 5 minute walk to where we need to be and that’s a big plus. We also love C2’s the restaurant. Never a better staff anywhere.

Remodeling.
Pros:

It was great being close to the hospital which we needed just unlucky for us we had a big bill for not much rest. Just unlucky timing for us, as they are remodeling. Maybe should let people know that ahead of time. We were on the second floor and could hear it all day. I was there recovering from a major surgery. And couldn’t travel home yet.

I would book this one!
Pros:

Everyone was so helpful! It was nice to be greeted with some smiles and laughter after being in a car all day. The room we had was roomy and comfortable but the best part was that it was CLEAN! There is alot of road work but I wasn't bothered by that. I loved that it was so easy to find.

Great hotel
Pros:

Dionne was amazing! She made check-in quick and easy and was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed here for a few days every year for the past six years, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant serves amazing food, and the hotel is an excellent value. I always look forward to coming back and highly recommend staying here!

Pros:

Great experience! Awesome place. Everyone that I came into contact with was kind and helpful, from the front desk to valet parking, maintenance, to maid services. The rooms were clean and beds were perfect to sleep on. One of the best sleeps I had in a long time. This hotel had a great feel to it. I will be back!

Pros:

Used the hotel because of the convenience to Cleveland Clinic, I think the rates are ridiculous and gouge families that need to be with loved ones during difficult times. The hotel and staff were great.
