Perfect location for work. Comfortable enough with ability to separate sleeping and living areas.
Pros:

The location is excellent for easy walking around central Adelaide

Cons:

Lack of street parking when arriving / departing. Very slow elevator. Like extremely.

Great location, nice rooms - could be cleaner
Pros:

Location, 3 bedrooms, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Cleanliness - the coffee cups weren't clean, hairs in the bathroom, fingerprints all over the fridge and rubbish from other people left in the room

Friendly staff, close to CBD and central bus station. Great bagel shop in lobby, convenient for breakfast. Get what you pay for :)

Cons:

Not the cleanest. Room gets very hot, as the rooms are windowless, essentially. We stayed in winter but can imagine summer would be very hot with no ventilation
