It was good however, they should check once in while the entire room when guest are checking out
Pros:

The comfort of the room and the bed

Cons:

I had to tranfer the room a couple of times. First the door is not opening. The key works but the door won’t open. The second room the TV has no signal. So we transferred to another room. The shower it has the loud sound when ur taking a shower.

Great hotel! Best in the area! Will definitely come back!
Pros:

We stay at this hotel often and really like the location, every room we have stayed in is cozy and comfortable. We ALWAYS get a good nights sleep!

Cons:

Checkin could’ve been better. We have never had an issue with checkin previously but this time I felt the man could have been friendlier. He appeared to be annoyed when I was checking in. No greeting or thank you at the end. He “tossed” the room key through the window and didn’t even tell me the room number.

Thankfully the lady at the counter in the morning, when I checked out, was friendly. She greeted me, said thank you and have a nice day. Your night time employee should take customer service lessons from you day employee.

Furniture is nice and bed comfortable

Have to drive to get food which is usually no better g deal but when you have a U-Haul it’s inconvenient.

Perfect for travel stop, maybe a little spendy
Pros:

The rooms are ok, but the hotel amenities are quite nice, including the breakfast. You can bring your dog, and rest before or after the chaos of everything on the other side of the mountains.

Cons:

The check in was odd, and the charges were.unclear. I think the price was much higher than the first time I stayed.

Rooms were comfortable and pool area was nice. Great stopover location if traveling.

Cons:

Our room had crumbs all over the floor. Obviously had not been vacuumed. Breakfast lacking.

Quite comfortable and conveniently located before going through the grapevine
Pros:

Pool was clean and refreshing, breakfast was thoughtful (had some healthy convenient grab and go items), pretty central area in courtyard, even had a barbecue! Hacienda styling and wood furniture was lovely.

Cons:

Their big sign was not near the entrance to the property driveway so you to have to turn around and look for the quite small sign that shows where to turn in. A bigger sign at their parking lot entrance would make figuring out how to get there easier.
