Very poor sleep with toddlers due to noise

Booking made with small children staying . Our room was placed right above the patio/ bar downstairs on 3rd floor. Room allocation should be considered when bookings are made with children. Dj played loud music after midnight. Understand there was an event but rooms with small children should be allocated on opposite side of the bar/ restaurant underneath

Generally a good place.

The location was excellent. Not only across from the stadium but within twenty minutes from other locations.

Great location. Attention to detail was poor
Pros:

Great location. The front desk staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Bathroom had someone else hair in the shower. Kitchen bin had a smell to it. The breakfast Buffett was a mess and despite being there early many items had run out and based on the fact these were not replenished within 20mins, it was disappointing.
