The location.

Cons:

I made a reservation for this hotel was the location, price and the name of "holiday Inn". it was good value for 3 people. However, i do not like one person sleeps on sofa bed so i make sure i got two beds. when we try to check in, they said our room has sofa bed and saying that the booking.com has the problem, so i did not get the two beds. i know that is lies. i have been using booking.com for long time, this was never happened to me. so, they put price low, lots people come and they did not have two beds rooms to give to me.

I would not never go to this hotel anymore. the location is good, but the facility is old and they have never updated.

Thankful for what we got.
Pros:

Breakfast was provided by a restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were nice, but overwhelmed as there seemed to be too few of them for the number of customers. There was no follow up, and getting the bill at the end was extremely difficult to get.

Cons:

Service at the restaurant could have been better.
Also, we did not get the room we asked for, as we were there earlier than expected. The A/C in the lobby wasn't working, and that meant there was no A/c in the attached hallways, or elevator, which got very stuffy with people constantly moving through.
