Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bugs around the breakfast area. Our AC wasn’t working. Our toilet ran all night and made the most awful sounds, plus the bathroom door would not close all the way. The beds were really high making it hard for my elderly mother and my toddler to climb in and out of. Our remote only controlled the tv power and volume. The only way to change the channel was to use the box itself. The women’s rest room in the lobby didn’t lock (there was a notice of this on the door at least).

Staff nice facilities lacking
Pros:

We left and are requesting a refund. Looked clean when u first walk in

Cons:

Had bed bugs abd roaches in all 3 rooms that were rented. And moved to another room and still has bed bugs. We left. Requesting a refund. Hotel called and has refunded to Booking.com. we need refunded now.

I slept great except for the dripping sink which I turned in for them to fix.

Great bed and sleep! Shower is the problem
Pros:

Check in was good, got to room and went to take shower and realized that I got more spray hitting the toilet and floor outside of the shower then in the shower. Need to fix the shower heads so you can actually take a shower instead of using towels to dry the toilet and floor. Also what is the extra charge when we have to check ourselves out when I handed her my key and told her I was checking out!
