Pros:

The blonde girl with glasses from the day shift was very helpful.
She moved me from my room—which was very small and noisy—to a more comfortable one. I’d like to thank her.

Cons:

The night staff on my first and second nights at the hotel were so surly that they wouldn’t even respond to a greeting. I didn’t understand why. But it might have been the children...

Когда мы только приехали в отель Mimi, первое впечатление было немного смазанным — при заселении возникли небольшие моменты, и сначала показалось, что отдых начнётся не так, как хотелось. Но именно в такие моменты и понимаешь настоящий уровень сервиса.

Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Юлию и всю администрацию отеля. Они не просто выслушали нас, а действительно сделали всё возможное, чтобы исправить ситуацию. Благодаря их внимательному отношению, заботе и желанию помочь уже совсем скоро все неприятные моменты остались позади.

В итоге мы с женой уезжали с самыми тёплыми впечатлениями. Отличный сервис, искреннее отношение к гостям и готовность решать любые вопросы заслуживают уважения. Именно поэтому можем с уверенностью рекомендовать отель Mimi всем, кто ценит комфорт и человеческое отношение. Спасибо Юлии и всей команде за то, что сделали наш отдых действительно приятным!

Pros:

Pentru a doua oară în acest hotel, acum renovat. Amplasare foarte bună, în centru, lângă parc.
Camere liniștite, lumină bună, personal foarte amabil, mic dejun diversificat, apă cu lămâie la dispoziție la recepție, ceai și cafea și apă minerală în cameră. Un loc minunat, unde vom reveni!

Cons:

Ne-a plăcut totul.
Singurul aspect mai neplăcut - dulapul foarte mic, doar o nișă îngustă. Pentru un sejur mai lung s-ar putea să nu fie suficient.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city with great service and attentive staff
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right across from a lovely park, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. They assisted with airport transportation and made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable double bed. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chisinau
