La habitación que nos dieron tenía olor a humedad pero nos la cambiaron sin problemas. Hay muchos mosquitos y nos picaron pero solicité un insecticida y me lo dieron sin problemas. Están atentos con los clientes.

Air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas
Séchoir qui fonctionne 30 secondes et qui arrête pour 5 minutes
Moisissures au plafond de la douche et qui dégoûte sur nous lorsqu’on se lave

Nous avions d’abord eu une première chambre sans douche

La dame à la réception qui fait de l’attitude

Vraiment minable pour le prix et je ne suis pas une personne qui est difficile pour mes hébergements

The breakfast was good. The location is amazing. Then, it was fair.

The size of the room and the bathroom. I have stayed in this hotel before, and I got a very good room for less. I understand that could be the time of the year, but I was there in August when the season is also high.

Excellent location and great value.
Pros:

Great location and value for money! Beds were extremely comfortable.

Perfect for a quick visit to Florence. Shops, restaurants, tram, key sites all in walking distance. Breakfast was simple but enough to get started. Each room also had a generous sized bar fridge and kettle (which is rarer and rarer these days).
Decor also lovely in the hotel.

Cons:

The toilet bowel was loose from the ground which was slightly concerning. Needs to be fixed.

Como sugestão, as fotos dos quartos durante a reserva deveriam ilustrar apenas o tipo de quarto que está sendo reservado. Durante a reserva, várias fotos de quartos foram disponibilizadas (inclusive quartos maiores). Não há tomadas na cabeceira da cama. No quarto tem apenas duas tomadas (uma na porta e outra perto da TV).

Difficile trovare personale più maleducato e scostante

L'aria condizionata della camera che ci è stata assegnata non funzionava correttamente e nella stanza si sentiva un forte odore dovuto alla scarsa circolazione dell'aria. Trattandosi di un soggiorno avvenuto a metà luglio (temperatura esterna superiore a 35 gradi) abbiamo fatto presente il problema in reception. La receptionist, estremamente maleducata, ci ha prima risposto che la stanza era molto grande e che perciò l'aria condizionata non riusciva a rinfrescare bene il locale, per poi aggiungere che comunque non era un problema suo. Abbiamo chiesto almeno un ventilatore, ma la risposta è stata che non ne avevano a disposizione (erano le 17 e, volendo, avrebbero potuto acquistarne uno!). Il mattino successivo abbiamo di nuovo fatto presente il problema a un diverso receptionist, ma evidentemente l'educazione è sconosciuta in questo hotel: con modo quasi strafottente si è rifiutato di venire a constatare la situazione della camera e ha concluso dicendo che per quanto lo riguardava era tutto a posto. Peccato che il guardiano notturno ci aveva confessato che sapeva bene qual era lo stato della nostra stanza e che il problema era dovuto al fatto che l'impianto di condizionamento di quella camera è vecchio ed evidentemente inidoneo. Pessima esperienza e, soprattutto, pessimo personale!

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

La habitación era antiquísima. No había enchufes en las mesillas, los enchufes del resto de la habitación no funcionaban y eran antiguos, la cortina de la ducha parecía de otro siglo y no había lugar en el que dejar los neceseres en el baño.
