Lovely hotel with easy access to the centre of Florence, would recommend.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast had plenty of options and was easy to fit in to our routine. It's location between the train station and the rest of the attractions was great, and only a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. The quirk of an actual room key was delightful!

Boa localização, pertinho da estação Santa Maria Novella e do Duomo. O hotel é uma graça e parece que você está em outra época em um castelo, muito bonitinho. O meu quarto era grande, a cama estava ok, o mobiliário era antigo, porém o banheiro parece que foi reformado recentemente e esteve limpo durante a estadia. O café da manhã foi bom e suficiente. A equipe foi simpática. Fiquei 2 noites, não tive nenhum problema.

Beetje gek dat je door de ontbijtruimte moest lopen om bij onze kamer te komen.
Het gordijnsysteem is wel aan vervanging toe in kamer 64

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación amplia.

Cons:

No tiene enchufes cerca de la cama, nos dieron un alargue y lo tuvimos que enchufar en el escritorio frente a la piecera de la cama, por lo que quedaba cruzando por la pasada.
Es un gran problema de los hoteles viejos y mas cuando uno tiene celular para cargar.

Cons:

O horário de início do café da manhã é muito tarde. Inicia às 07:30 h o que acarreta em impossibilidade de usufruir em função do horário das excursões/ passeios programados por agências de turismo. Por este motivo não foi possível tomar o café da manhã em dois dias de nossa estadia( 3 pessoas ). Observei que o mesmo problema aconteceu com outros hóspedes. Cabe observar ainda, que a funcionária encarregada não permitiu nem mesmo tomar um simples cafezinho às 07;27h . Pediu para agurdar mais 3 min. Chega a ser ridículo.

Für eine Nacht wäre es okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert.

Lage war perfekt.

Cons:

1. Extrem unfreundliche und arrogante Frau an Rezeption. Null Respekt, Null Verständnis, demonstrative Unhöflichkeit als Reaktion auf eine einfache Frage und gleich am ersten Tag. Wir reisen sehr viel, aber, ehrlich gesagt, so was haben wir nie erlebt.
2. Das Zimmer war sehr veraltet eingerichtet und ungemütlich, Badezimmer OK. Der Fernseher
22 zoll war einfach lächerlich, kleine als PC Bildschirm.
3. Die Matratze waren OK, aber die Kopfkissen waren zu hart, wie aus Stein, passend wahrscheinlich gut als Deko, aber keines Falls zum Schlafen.
4. Das Frühstück war recht bescheiden, das Frühstück Saal war sehr klein und eng.

Pobyt super, Florencja wspaniała, choć potwornie zatłoczona.
Pros:

Śniadanie jak na Włochy całkiem dobre, choś mogłoby być bardziej różnorodne. Lokalizacja świetna blisko dworca, a z drugiej strony centrum historycznego i głównych zabytków.

Era una pasada a esperar un vuelo aMadrid y para ello esta bien.

La recepcionista excepcional, muy acogedora y colaboradora

Cons:

Desayuno muy pobre, vasos de plástico muy delgado para los líquidos, claramente un hotel 3* pero podrían mejorar cosas muy simples y seria muy bueno.
