A great location
Pros:

Very convenient location, close to the main train station and all major tourist attractions. The included breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

For older people the shower above the bath is hazardous.

Great location, nice people, pretty rooms, but the negatives offset the positives.
Pros:

Dino at the front desk was great. Our room was spacious and fancy.

Cons:

Our room was over a very busy and noisy street with noises well into the early hours of the morning. If you were not the first ones at breakfast, the staff did not refill many of the items. While we had a superior room, the bathroom would only work for one person at a time as it was only two feet wide.

Localização excelente. Acomodação confortável.
Pros:

Localização muito perto da estação de trem e do Duomo. Quarto confortável, cama confortável, banheiro moderno e chuveiro ótimo. Fiquei no quarto standard.

Cons:

Do café da manhã, só tinha uma fruta fresca, mas tinha frutas em calda.
Comparado aos hotéis 3 estrelas de Roma e Florença que estive na mesma viagem, ficou faltando muitos itens.

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

Fantastic location judt minutes from thevstation and the main attractions are easily walkable.
Friendly staff and a decent breakfsst.

Cons:

Our only issue was the bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower wasn't as good as expected. Adequate though.

Frukosten var sämre än normalt. Ingen varm mat som äggröra och bacon. Ingen frukt. Litet utbud på bröd, ost, korv mm.

Cons:

Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre. Fick först ett mindre rum med två enkelbäddar, en toalett som var svår att spola samt en dusch som var den minsta jag upplevt - max 50 x 50 cm. Bytte rum efter en natt och fick då ett hel ok rum.

Die Lage ist super Zentral und Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Ein großes Manko wieso wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen können ist, dass das Bett sehr hart ist und die Kissen sind eine Katastrophe sie sind total Platt. Es gibt keine Decken lediglich ein dünnes Bettlaken zum zudecken.Im Zimmer gibt es kein Safe nur bei Rezeption ein kleiner Kasten wo maximal 2 Pässe reinpassen.
