Not amazing
Pros:

The hotels location was perfect. Very walkable everywhere.

Check in and Check out was smooth and easy. Staff was very nice

Cons:

Air conditioning was very weak. Our room never felt cool. We kept having to wake up throughout the night to turn the A/C back on because it kept turning off. For 35° weather, it’s important to have good working air conditioning. Also the fact that you can’t charge anything while you’re not in the room is also very annoying.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing either. Eggs were either runny or too dry. Not much of a variety. For €11 per person, i’d prefer go to a local cafe.

l'emplacement est bien, une immense place de parkings est à 7mn de marche et c'est gratuit, le personnel fait ce qu'il peut avec un manque d'enthousiasme

Alors je n'ai pas du tout aimé mon check in, (pour info : réservé pour 2 nuits 310€ sans le petit déjeuner, ce n'est pas cadeau quand même) arrivé à 15h on nous dit que si nous voulons la chambre maintenant il faut payer 20€ en plus sinon il faut attendre 16h !!! NON MAIS ... JE RÊVE
Et la salle de bain c'est la plus petite que je n'ai jamais vu, une douche un carré à peine 60 x 60 heureusement que je ne suis pas rugbyman sinon je ne rentre pas dans la douche et ne parlons pas des toilettes, impossible de s'asseoir normalement elle touche la douche. INCROYABLE MAIS VRAI

Chambre infestée par une fourmilière. La réceptionniste a été extrêmement désagréable, agressive, a refusé de nous aider ou de changer notre chambre, et nous a claqué la porte au nez. Hygiène et service client déplorables.

Bardzo czysto, w samym centrum starego miasta. Wygodne, duże łóżko, duży prysznic, wygodnie. Jedyny minus za głośne dźwięki wydawane przez klimatyzację. Bardzo polecam pobyt w hotelu.

The location was great.

Cons:

The cleanliness was lackluster. There was mold on the douche, there were sewer flies and ants on the bathroom, walls did not “feel” clean due to existing spots, etc. For the price, I’d have expected much better.

The lift also makes a lot of sounds and it feels as if the cables are going to break at any moment. At some moment during our stay, it was out of service, but not much changed.

Hair dryer fell off,towel rail fell off,water was comming out of the bottom of shower.when we hand out sign to clean the room,room didnt get clean that day.
