Location is great, staff was friendly & room was clean.
Room very stuffy & only one window opened about 2 inches. The carpet gave off a moldy smell which we found irritating.
Location and price we were good. Lady on reception desk was very helpful. 12 o’clock check out was nice.
Room was roasting. I asked for a fan and I got 1 that was broken. I was then told there were no more. We had to leave the window open and were wakened by shocking loud noises from the bar/tesco below us getting a delivery at 7.30. These went on for 2 hours. We were in room
104 and it was so loud.
Carpet was dirty, toilet seat was cracked and so was hand basin. Toilet roll holder was falling off the wall.
Location good. Anything else not good.
No toilet brush, shower is bad to operate, light switches are at an awkward location (imagine a U shape room, every switch is at one end, bed at the other end, so to turn on the bathroom lights, You are running there and back, rather than having the switch at the bathroom door, crazy design, never seen anything like that), no cabinet or any shelves for your clothes at all, no fridge, no breakfast. Room is tiny and cramped.
The location was perfect.
Close to the centre of Belfast, easy access to the train station.
No AC, room looked tired and in need of modernisation. Fire alarm gone off at 9am, room too warm and duvets don't really breathe. View was of a brick wall and at least it meant it's not much noise from the street but windows needed to be left open due to temperature in the room so seagulls still could be heard all night. Bathroom wall tiles missing grout and also run down.
At city center close to bus, train stop

Staff enabled us to change room for the comfort of our dog who was very hot.
No bath mat.
We chose no breakfast as we had traveled and stayed for going to Zach Bryan concert. Possibly a later checkout for such hotel users and later breakfast meal would be brilliant but of course I understand the need for quick room changeovers for viability and profitability purposes
Good location.
Staff were very helpful.
Claims to have aircon in the room- it doesn’t. There was a tiny fan that didn’t work. Therefore the room was constantly boiling as it was a hot few days.
Bathroom flooring was lifting up.
Bedroom ceiling had gaps - looked like wear and tear but clearly hasn’t been cared for.
Workers outside my room started making lots of noise at 6am each morning - not the hotels fault but they could have warned the guests about it.
Most hotels offer shampoo and conditioner but this was not supplied.
Housekeeping did not clean my room during my stay, again most hotels have housekeeping do a general quick clean during guests stay.
Bedding was itchy but this might just be due to having sensitive skin.
How close to city centre it was.
