great location.
Pros:

this was a very basic hotel but the location was fabulous! it was clean and the staff were pleasant so that's all we needed.

Cons:

Very basic, no tissues, no face cloths, but that's what we expected.

Central location and the lady who checked us in was friendly and informative.

Cons:

Getting woken up at 0530am by a delivery lorry, listening to the pallets being unloaded and metal trolleys moving round. This lasted til 8am. Then a stillsaw started up. Too much noise to get any sleep. The fan was broken in the room. Room was hot but we couldn't have the window open as it made the noise outside louder.
Man at the reception in the morning was rude and dismissive.

Bien situé au centre, bon rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Chouette d'avoir une vraie personne pour nous accueillir, ce qui est de plus en plus rare de nos jours. Hôtel bien situé au centre-ville de Belfast. Propre, confortable et un bon rapport qualité-prix. C'était très apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos sacs à dos à l'hôtel pendant qu'on visitait la ville!

Cons:

L'un de nous est claustrophobe, donc il n'arrive pas à entrer dans un ascenseur. Alors, il a moyennement apprécié la chambre au 5e étage... mais on n'avait pas fait de demande particulière pour un étage plus bas.

Perfect for sleeping only
Pros:

Location was perfect pretty much central to everything.
Hotel didnt have facilities for breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom in room was a little dirty- tile grout was black in places and the rim of shower tray was coming away from its base. Plus when having a shower the base filled with water so had to stop water and wait till it drained and restart shower.
