Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena. El personal fue muy amable al ayudarnos a conseguir taxi.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía frigobar y tampoco tenía un lugar en recepción en el que podamos guardar productos que necesitaban refrigeración.

The shower was leaking very bad when I try to have a shower water spilting out onto the floor it wasn't acceptable had to ring down for towels only positive was location

It was clean and the water hot.

Cons:

We couldn't understand not being allowed into our room a little earlier if it had been cleaned, which we knew was the case as they wanted to charge £20 to let us have it.
Also only 1 bath towel for 2 people.

Pros:

Staff were nice enough and was handy we could leave our luggage in the locked room as we were offered an early check in but declined when it was an additional £20

Cons:

Location was good but the area had a lot of work being done around it with boarded up buildings and looked totally run down, there was also a dead rat outside the front doors!
The rooms were really quite shabby and overly hot, the tiny fan that was left wasn't effective at all!

Our room backed onto the loading bays and bin area for businesses so all we could hear through the night and morning was glass bins being emptied and deliveries being made
