Lage und Zimmer Top, Sauna ohne Kontrollen
Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer mit Kochmöhlichkeit, 24h-Stunden-Checkin möglich mit Personal vor Ort. Kleines Gym ist echt cool.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich, nicht motiviert und eher genervt.
In der Sauna hatte es muslimische Gäste, die sich gegenüber anderen Gästen asozial und aggressiv verhalten haben und sich nicht an die textilfreien Regeln gehalten haben. Hier sollte es Personal geben, die darauf achtet wer in die Sauna geht.

Pros:

Die kleine Küche im Zimmer war sehr gut👍. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs sind, ist dies in einem Hotel ein sehr großer Vorteil.

Cons:

Da unser Hund nicht alleine im Hotelzimmer bleibt, müssen wir ihn mit zum Frühstück nehmen.
Leider durften wir nur vor dem Frühstücksraum sitzen. Ein Tisch in einer ruhigen Ecke im Raum wäre schöner gewesen.

Tolle Lage aber in den 90iger Jahren stecken geblieben

Tolle Lage für meine Bedürfnisse

Cons:

Bad müsste renoviert werden - es gab nicht einmal Shampoo oder Körperlotion - nur Handseife - auch in der Dusche - Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstück zweifelhaft - vertrocknete Pfannkuchen, einfache billige Aufbackware, kein gutes Vollkornbrot oder Vollkornbrötchen (nein, drei Körner obendrauf machen daraus keine Vollkornsemmel ) und in der Garage werden die Plätze für e Autos alle von Benzinern und Diesel PKW genutzt

Nice location with some compromise
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the city center, everything is easy to reach with public transport. The room is big and comfortable, the kitchen corner is great, the Nespresso coffee machine is a nice gesture. It's really practical to have the parking garage right under the hotel

Cons:

Although there is a kitchen with plates, microwave, everything, there are no cutlery - no fork, no knife, almost nothing (except for 2 teaspoons and a bread knife).
The fan in the bathroom didn't work, neither did the safe (we've told the receptionist about the safe the first night; she promised to send up a technician the next day what has never happened). The drain of the bathtub hasn't been cleaned for ages - it didn't look good

Lage perfekt, Personal sehr nett

Die Lage war für mich sehr gut das Personal war sehr nett und dass es ein Fitnessstudio gibt und eine Sauna finde ich super.

Cons:

Im Bad habe ich leider einen Käfer entdeckt, war aber mein letzter Tag und ich habe es nicht gemeldet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich mittelmäßig, weil ich hätte mir noch ein Frühstück für diesen Preis gewünscht.

Bra kommunikationer till citykärnan. Nära till krogar. Bra läge. Skön säng. Fint badrum. Trevlig personal. Det finns en supermarket nära. Det finns även fina restauranger nära.

Bastun saknade utrymme för relax att sitta vid efteråt.

Comfortable stay in a pleasant location.
Pros:

Very comfortable, well fitted kitchen for a long stay, convenient supermarket next door and close to several buses. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

From what I could see, the apartments (it’s a mix of hotel rooms and apartments) all faced the street which could be quite noisy.
