Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!
Pros:

Schöne Lage nahe der Isar und dem Dreimühlenviertel
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodaß schon wir schon in der ersten Nacht wunderbar geschlafen haben.

Cons:

Bad ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand,Badewanne mit Dusche, schönere Seifen und Shampoo Angebot wäre angenehm, mit dem Shampoo verklebten mir die Haare- ich war froh selber etwas dabei zu haben.

Alles in allem sehr zufrieden, werde wieder kommen. ;-)
Pros:

Also das Zimmer hat mir relativ gut gefallen, ich habe das genommen, das 2 stöckig ist - Platz mäßig super.
Dass es in der kleinen Küchennische einen Kühlschrank gab war top. Dass es im Badezimmer eine Badewanne und ein Bidet gab - fand ich auch ganz top.
Die Sauna mit kl. Ruheraum war auch super, die kann gratis verwendet werden und im Fitnessraum sind alle wichtigen Geräte vorhanden. Die Lage, ein paar Meter vom Isar entfernt, an dem man baden kann - ist auch super (allerdings leider Kiesstrand). Ich bin auch ein paar mal direkt in die Stadt spaziert, weil mir die Lage gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Schade war, dass es nach der Hoteltüre keinen Aufhänger für eine Jacke gab, da muss man ins Obergeschoss zum Kleiderkasten die Treppe raufsteigen. Der TV ist unten - bei der Sitzgruppe, d.h. man kann weder gut vom Sofa (wenn man es nicht umstellt) noch im Bett den TV nutzen. Dass man bei dem großen Fenster nur das untere kippen kann, fand ich nicht so ideal.
Dann war leider die LED beim Eingang defekt, die "Hauptsteckdose" im Wohnzimmer (mit guter Lage) auch und der Abfluss im Badezimmer floss nur ganz langsam ab (am Empfang gemeldet und sollte inzwischen behoben sein).

Sauna et salle de fitness 😀

Cons:

Proche d'une rue très passante
Chambre un peu vieillotte surtout la cuisine. Pas de lave vaisselle
Toilette devant le passage de la baignoire pas très pratique pour sortir
On nous a demandé supplément de 20 euros pour nettoyer la chambre
Pas de volets ou rideaux occultant

La situation de l'hôtel, proche de l'Isar et du centre-ville.
La corbeille de fruits à l'accueil.

Cons:

Chambre mal isolée du bruit extérieur : fenêtre défectueuse ( le rideau vibrait...)

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Ceux présents n'étaient pas adaptés.

Lage ist super, gleich an der Isar.

Cons:

Das Business Maisonette verträgt keine sommerlichen Temperaturen. Durch das hohe Fenster erwärmt sich der Raum sehr stark, da nützt die Innenjalousie nichts. Auch die auf Nachfrage aufgestellten Klimageräte konnten die Raumtemperatur im Schlafbereich nur auf 26° absenken. Hier bedarf es einer Außenjalousie und einer Klimaanlage.
