La Quinta Inn rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, the house keepers were very friendly and very respectful. We were very pleased with our room and the cleanliness of the entire building.

Cons:

The gentleman that checked us in looked like a manager but he spent entirely too much time on his personal phone or ear piece making it hands free but very rude to be talking to someone while checking in a customer. My husband asked very respectfully how to pronounce his name and he acted like it offended him, but my husband was trying not to offend him by pronouncing it wrong, but this guy was rude from start to finish.
Breakfast was from 7am until 10am when we came down to eat everything was empty except cereal and stuff like that, all hot food was empty, we waited approximately 15 minutes before hot food came back out again. The quality and taste of the food was excellent, I have stayed in many hotels and motels in my 62 years of travel but have never had to wait 15 minutes or so to get hot food.

Great Value
Pros:

We had an amazing experience during our stay at your hotel. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and hotel staff was very polite.
During our stay, the cleaning crew made it a point to visit and replace towels and help tidy up bedding which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was also very conveniently placed by all the attractions we visited, allowing us to hit everything without driving to far away.
We will make it a point to return at our next trip to Dollywood.

Trip to Pigeon Forge TN
