Pros:

Nice rooms, good cleaning crew, good managers, very good breakfast buffet, walking distance to several restaurants and just off of the strip which made it very quiet.

Cons:

Main concern was the lack of good lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. This was very difficult for my wife who has vision problems. Spoke to manager who stated that they were in process of replacing bulbs with higher wattage bulbs.

It was just what we needed!!
Pros:

The breakfast was hot and delicious. The hotel was within walking distance of places we wanted to see. The staff were outstanding! They were very friendly and helpful! We checked in a day early and they helped us and then got us into our original room the next day!! I would/am letting other friends and family know about the hotel!

Excellent Motel, but VERY HARD TO FIND
Pros:

Nice motel with good facilities and good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The place is very hard to find. It is almost impossible to see from the main road. The address is on an obscure, poorly marked side street. Direct access is through a parking lot on the main road and an almost hidden driveway at the back of the parking lot that leads to the hotel. Badly needed is a sign on the main road to help people find the place!

Excellent choice, family friendly, affordable, and good location.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room and overall facilities, customer service is good, housekeeping is accomodating with towels, and overflow parking is nearby if you have to bring a second vehicle. The continental breakfast is awesome, not just a piece a fruit and coffee. The pool is excellent, and stayed busy. I would definitely stay here again. The entrance to the hotel itself is a little tricky, yes, you have to go through an empty lot to get to it.

Cons:

I have no complaints; the ratings are true when I read all 8's, I knew I wanted to give this place an opportunity. The only suggestion I would make is to have a more visible sign from the main road. It's kinda hidden and you have to truly rely on GPS to navigate you through an empty lot to get to LaQuinta's entrance. It was awkward, but still not bad.
