Konum olarak özellikle eski kent merkezinde bulunmayı, bu bölgeyi gezmeyi istiyorsanız gayet iyi bir yerde. Charles Köprüsü'ne yakın ve otelin restoranlarından nehir manzarası görüyorsunuz. Ancak odalarda bu manzara mevcut değil. Şehrin diğer kısmına gitmek içn 1-1.5 kilometre kadar yürümek gerekiyor. Prag yürümek için güzel bir şehir olduğundan keyifli bir gezinti oluyor. Bunun dışında otele yakın tramvay ve otobüs durakları da var.
Otelin en iyi yanı personeli belki de. Sürekli sizinle ilgililer, bir eksiğiniz olup olmadığını devamlı kontrol ediyorlar. Restorandan kapı görevlisine kadar bu böyle. Benim odam ikinci kattaydı, penceresinden restoran görünüyordu ve değiştirilmesini istedim. Daha üst segmentten, en üst katta bir odayı aynı fiyata ayarladılar.
Bunun dışında spadan, masaj hizmetinden mutlaka yararlanmanızı tavsiye ederim. Çok güzel bir masaj yaptırdım. Terapist de işini gayet iyi biliyordu.
Odaların temizliği çok dikkatle yapılıyor. En ufak bir kusur bulamıyorsunuz. Akşamları da yeniden gelip kontrol ediyorlar, eksik varsa gideriyorlar.
Kahvaltısı konusunda çok yüksek beklentiniz olmasın. Bu otele göre oldukça ortalama bir kahvaltı. Hatta daha iyi kahvaltısı olan çok iyi küçük oteller gördüm. Bunun dışında Ağustos sonu gitmiştim ama akşamları sıcaklıklar düşüyor. Gece odada üşüdüm. Air condition ısıtmakta pek başarılı olamadı. Ertesi günleri nezle olarak geçirdim.
Öncelikle lokasyonu çok iyiydi . Personeli inanılmaz iyiydi . Herkes çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Otelin restoranı çok güzeldi . Atmosferi , ambiansı yemekleri yemeğin sunumu çok iyiydi . Otele girdiğimiz gün doğu günümdü . İlk gün odaya şampanya , hayatımda yediğim en güzel çikolatalı pasta ve çok kibar bir kutlama mektubu geldi . Ertesi gün dışarda çok yorulmuştuk ama bizi odada soğutulmuş bir şişe şampanya ve peynir tabağı bekliyordu . Gerçekten kelimelerle anlatamam geçirdiğim en güzel dığumgünüudü galiba . Odaya gönderdikleri pastanın dışında resto ta nda ayrıca minik bir pasta daha ikram ettiler . Herşey için teşekkür ederim .

The location of this Four Seasons is great.
Compared to other Four Seasons i found this one a real let down. Really out of date and not in great condition.
The location was key. A stones throw from Charles Bridge and you can walk to the main square within 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were attentive and very accommodating.

I'm sad I did not wake up in our beautiful grand suite at the four seasons. I don't think I can rate this place enough! from the moment the car door opened, it was just heaven! the staff is so knowledgable they assisted me with every reservation, information regarding sight seeing and places to go. To the DELICIOUS! amazing breakfast with the most kind staff, Our suite was on the top floor with lots of windows and large living area, dining, and our. master bedroom with spacious walk in closet and ensuite was just perfection!! if I could give 1000 stars I would!!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PRAGUE! and a short walk to the luxury shops was the icing on the cake!
The staff is incredible - the valets greeted us with enthusiasm every time, the concierge was very helpful, and the reception team is truly superb.
The common spaces are beautiful and luxurious. We ate at the restaurant 2x for breakfast, and it was very good.
The hotel location is perfect - across the street from Old Town, on the river, and a block from the Charles Bridge.
The only negative is that the room was very dated. We upgraded to a 2-level spacious suite that had a terrace and side view of the Charles River. But we paid a lot ($1400+ USD per night) for 1990s interior with outdated fixtures, flooring and furniture. The hotel needs to renovate its rooms, or charge much less.
We have stayed at many Four Seasons Hotels, our favorite being Four Seasons Surf Club Surfside, Florida. Not fair to compare the two, as the Prague property is not a resort. It’s centrally located walking to all shopping and the old town and Jewish quarter. It is picturesque as it sits on the river looking out at the Charles Bridge and the Castle. Definitely request a room with this view. The outdoor eating area is lovely. Breakfast offers a small nice menu in addition to a buffet. The staff is friendly and welcoming and as with all Four Seasons very service oriented. Everyone knows you by name. There is one thing that I found curious and could not really get a satisfactory answer. They have two lovely outdoor patio areas. One, my understanding is used for private dinner reservations. 4 table limit. The other is a lower level outdoor area with tables and chairs that had been used as a pizza restaurant which it no longer is. But why are these 2 beautiful outdoor areas not accessible?? We were looking to sit outdoors, and asked to access either area, both of which are locked. So strange.
