Pros:

Accueil parfait et réactif. Emplacement avec parking ( attention au gabarit du véhicule) .
Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre était bruyante. Pas de climatisation (seulement un ventilateur) , fenêtre donnant sur rue très passagère . Lit moyennement confortable.

La habitación da a un patio interior (con lo cual todo el día cerradas) , no había aire acondicionado , el sillón cama un poco incómodo

Ubytování dobré, velice pohodlné postele, všude čisto.

Cons:

Při check-in jsme museli dost dlouho čekat, než se nám paní na recepci věnovala. Zatímco něco řešila s kolegyní, postával jsem u přepážky a byl jsem pro ni "vzduch". Přitom stačilo jen se na mě podívat a říct "okamžik prosím". Nic...
Také při snídani byl obsluhující číšník hodně nevrlý a dával nám najevo, že on je tady pánem...

Hotel normal cómodo
Pros:

Hotel a las afueras del casco histórico de Santiago. Nuestra habitación era amplia y con baño grande. Bastante cómoda. Se puede aparcar en un parking publico cerca y andando al centro son 20 min.

Cons:

Almohadas demasiado blandas.
