Everything
I was very pleased with the suite. Almost everything met my expectations.
A dirty face cloth was left under the sink area from I'm guessing the guests that stayed there previously. During my stay, the workers only picked up the dirty linen that was left on the bathroom floor. The coffe cups that we used as well as the sugar paper that was left on the counter was still there when we came back. The trash can was full and they didn't empty it. If it hadn't been for the dirty linen being picked up, I wouldn't have known they had even entered the room. They didn't replace the coffee pods, sugar, creamer and cups that we used.
We had two adults and three children in a suite. There was not enough linen for everyone or drinking glasses. They didn't replace the two glasses that we used.

I liked the breakfast.
People outside screaming they was about to shoot everything walking. No soap at all in the shower container. Instead of soap being in the soap container in the shower, it’s hand soap. Waited until almost 1 am before staff was about to give me body soap. Staff not friendly at all. No one answers the front desk. I can keep

Woke up itching yesterday. Today I have quarter size welts on my arms and legs from bedbugs. The short mattress barely came up to my knee. There wasn't a box spring so no back support.

Exceptional
The toilet in room 627 is low enough for a toddler but too low for an older adult. The room was a little warm even with thermostat sat on low, but not a big issue.
Great hotel! Clean rooms and friendly staff, a little farther from downtown than we thought but super easy drive to get there. Right next to the convention center so would be perfect for a show or event there. Jim with Hilton Grand Vacations was SO friendly and gave us the best tips for the Charleston area. Honestly, go just to talk to him, he is hilarious and super helpful for everything Charleston.
We had a great stay! The hotel is nice and the amenities are great. We had a great talk with Jim from Hilton Vacations, and he was able to refer us to some fantastic dining in the area and a local beach for the family to enjoy. Overall it was a great experience, we will return!
I generally never stay at Hilton properties… Stayed for a business conference and really enjoyed the amenities and managers happy hour! The atrium is beautiful. Rooms are large. I met Jim from HGV and am looking forward to a family get away through HGV packages. Also looking forward to becoming a Hilton honors member!
