Breakfast service was good. Everyone appreciates hot breakfast options like fresh made omelets. We also enjoyed the complimentary snack and beverage hour
The front desk supervisor Ms. Wanda was completely unhelpful. The hotel had already given out the specific room type that we requested and paid for but instead of admitting that she blamed it on our booking agent. Ms. Wanda just basically said it wasn't their fault and did not offer any comp or assistance with correspondence to our booking agent after multiple polite requests. She wouldn't even listen to our concern/issue, she just kept trying to overtalk us and then say she doesn't understand our problem. Finally on the third day we were able to speak with Mrs. Arie who was completely professional and courteous and offered to send an email and apologized for the hotel not being able to provide the originally reserved rooms. She didn't try to make up any excuses for the lack of accommodations; she just simply wanted to help get the matter resolved. Later on, I encountered other guest at breakfast that also had a similar issue and were receiving the same reimbursement. We were so frustrated from the initial back and forth runaround with Ms. Wanda that I didn't even get to submit a complaint for our toilet that wouldn't flush or the random emergency alarm that went off at 2am causing every guest to evacuate their room just to find out it was a false alarm. Yes, you read that correctly. Middle of the night, we're gathering out kids to go down stairwells to evacuate the building and then I walk back inside to the front desk staff that was calming checking in new guests. They said they accidently hit the alarm but there was no announcement being made while elderly folk and children were sitting outside awaiting further instructions. I'm currently still following up a week later to make sure reimbursement is issued.
The front desk agents were great! They were very polite and helpful throughout our stay.

I like the room size and absolutely love the breakfast. Ms. Sandra was one of the cooks all weekend and she was awesome. No matter how long the line was she was working hard to get out the special orders. She worked alone on Monday morning but it was like she had help, nothing changed. I also love the complimentary drinks given.
I did not like the pillows on the beds. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons and the pillow was always the one thing I loved, because they were thick, soft, and your head just sink into it comfortably. Embassy pillows were small and flat and very uncomfortable. The most thing I did not like is the toilet is too low. I had a knee replacement and still have issues, so it was really difficult sitting and getting up off the toilet. My other guests have no disability and also complained about the low toilets. To be honest, I believe it’s a safety hazard. If you don’t consider any of my complaints, please consider making change to the toilet seats. This is not just a disability concern. My final issue was the emergency alert received around midnight on Saturday. We don’t know what happened but after having to walked down from the second floor and immediately right back up again, with my bad knee, I was completely out of breathe with my heart rate racing. All to hear from another guest that it was a false alarm. The same way the emergwss announced, it should have been announced by the hotel apologizing for the inconvenience and letting the guest know everything was safe.
They were extremely helpful. I mad a mistake on my booking and they 100% helped me out!

One of the best Hotel experiences I’ve experienced in my lifetime. From desk, lounge, food service especially Justin, transportation Willie, housekeeping, management Tom , to Walter from maintenance and I were fortunate to meet person who provide service for booking. Establishment clean with top tier customer services. I will definitely continue to recommend and support the Hilton Embassy Hotels.
