Great rooms, perfect location and the front desk staff are one of the reasons I return to the hotel.
Pros:

Great front desk staff - all very welcoming and professional. I don’t know all their names - Miguel was outstanding.

Cons:

The distinct difference between the breakfast room/Terrace staff and the front desk staff. I doubt I’d eat breakfast there again. My breakfast guest wasn’t made to feel welcome either. Thanks for removing the breakfasts from the bill though.

Pros:

Exceptional meals as well as very delicious cocktails. Very quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle. The way service used to be everywhere.

Cons:

Unable to open window in room. Fresh air would have been nice

Pros:

I hadn’t stayed at the Royce before. It was fabulous. The staff were so professional and fun. The parking was great. The rooms were beautiful. Such a stylish hotel.
I can’t wait to return.

It was a truly memorable stay, and it was over before it began.
Pros:

The staffs exemplary service and willingness to answer any questions.
Our room, we had a stunning view, and the super king bed was phenomenal, really comfortable.

Cons:

The toiletries, I thought the tiny shampoo for two people for two nights was a little scarce.
