Love the location, the comfort, and the style.
Beautiful facilities , location is perfect if you visit Melb without a car, tram stop 10m from hotel door, easy access to botanical gardens Arts precinct.
best of all staff are very polite, helpful , respectful and yet warm and friendly
nothing
Mediocre buffet choice and expensive but food quality was very good
Small bathroom , single vanity and lack of privacy diminished the experience
NOTHING
THE STAFF, THE WAY THEY COMMUNICATED TO GUESTS. THE LACK FOR RESPECT WHEN A GUEST HAD QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.
THE FACT THEY CHARGE GUESTS FOR MINI BAR PURCHASES THEY DIDN'T USE WITH PROOF AND NO OPTON FOR DISCUSSION OR BELIEVE THE GUEST THIS WAS INCORRECT AND NEEDED TO BE RESOLVED.
What a gem of a find. Boutique size, lovely dining and bar areas and the room was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed.
Style hôtel boutique et la situation près du jardin botanique. Tram direct devant l’hôtel et quartier tranquille
Rien
Service and standard were exceptionally high
Noisy air conditioning in the bedroom
Location and well appointed rooms
Nothing
I really liked the staff. Sam was very helpful and friendly, as was the girl, who I think has a Spanish background, just very warm and sincere. a nice stay overall. Thankyou.
Plumbing was bad and noisy, we had to move rooms in the middle of the night, no concession or anything offered to make up for that. The roomservice food was just too busy, trying too hard to be fancy. We ordered duck breast and just way too much going on on the plate, and the creme caramel also had way to much bitter citrus weirdness accompanying it. I come from a foodservice background. Its not that competitive for this time of year (Autumn) on price.
Clean, smell, toiletries, sheets, location great near Anzac station. Quiet getaway:
