A luxury blissful night away to end my annual leave
Pros:

Very comfy well appointed room. I was a bit concerned about being positioned quite close to the lifts, but the rooms are clearly very soundproof

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the lifts were out of action, but that happens sometimes

Great place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful facilities , location is perfect if you visit Melb without a car, tram stop 10m from hotel door, easy access to botanical gardens Arts precinct.
best of all staff are very polite, helpful , respectful and yet warm and friendly

THE STAFF, THE WAY THEY COMMUNICATED TO GUESTS. THE LACK FOR RESPECT WHEN A GUEST HAD QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.
THE FACT THEY CHARGE GUESTS FOR MINI BAR PURCHASES THEY DIDN'T USE WITH PROOF AND NO OPTON FOR DISCUSSION OR BELIEVE THE GUEST THIS WAS INCORRECT AND NEEDED TO BE RESOLVED.
