The building is amazing
This was a perfect location for a quiet lunch with some of my closest colleagues. It was quiet so that conversation was easy. The food was enjoyed by all.
Outstanding hotel. Friendly, professional and helpful staff....willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
Dining options were plentiful, in room service or dining at the restaurant. The evening meal was presented well and delicious. Breakfast was beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious. The dining area was equally comfortable and lovely.
Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was bright and roomy. Food was amazingly delicious and beautifully presented. Facilities are stunning.

Exceptional customer service, clean relaxing venue, decadent decor and great location close to Melbourne CBD, Botanical Gardens with public transport at the front door. Will be staying again.
Opulent look and feel, attentive and professional staff service. Automatic curtains are a real bonus for that opening the curtains from bed luxury!
