Great hotel, excellent location, but be prepared to walk a lot of km’s per day to get around
Pros:

Modern with good facilities. Location was excellent. Close to Darling Harbour for the kids activities, but easy enough to get into the city for shopping and museums. Buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids for the automatic pancake maker and Nutella spread pump. Swimming pool was a good size and nice that it was indoors.

Cons:

Only minor things. The pillows were either too low (flat) or the sponge moulding ones were strange. Could have asked for others, but would they have been any better? if the best options were in the room. We stayed for 6 nights. Would have expected the sheets to be changed at least once.

Fantastic location and welcoming hotel
Pros:

When entering the hotel it had beautiful decor and fragrance. Friendly welcoming staff, excellent location walk to Darling Harbour and conveniently located near Paddy’s. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety.

Great staff, yummy breakfast & amazing location.
Pros:

Great location, central to everything and even though we stayed on a lower floor the rooms were quiet and hardly any street noise.

Cons:

I wouldn’t recommend staying on level 2 if you don’t like kids - it’s the pool level and high traffic.
