A demora na entrega do quarto. Reservei com pequeno almoço e por duas vezes , pessoas diferentes tentaram me cobrar o pequeno almoço. Disseram que é o sistema
The professionalism of staff

The location is fantastic - about as close as you can get to both Darling Harbour and Haymarket area at the same time. The room was clean, decent size and well lit. The amenities and facilities were good and as expected. The service team were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bed mattress had a significant sag to it, thus my sleep comfort was affected, and I did wake up with muscle soreness. Tried to remedy with spare pillows, which didn't really work. This is *not* something that would have been easily fixed for my stay, but a note for potential future upgrade.
I loved how they were accomodating in finding me a carpark right outside the hotel. I also liked that the host at breakfast showed me around the breakfast room.
It was noisy at night time while trying to sleep, some works going on outside?

The staff were lovely, location was great for getting to vivid and darling harbour. Breakfast was good, too
The room was very noisy and it disrupted our sleep - we were in room 201 and apparently it’s because we were above the restaurant/ bar - but as I was there with my child we were in bed well before the restaurant/ bar closed, we weren’t able to sleep until it was. There was also quite a lot of noise from the traffic, even after the restaurant/ bar closed.
