A really enjoyable stay wwith good facilities and excellent staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, a reasonable walking distance to many attraactions.
The room was "cosy" but well appointed.
The breakfast selection was very good.
The staff were superb; helpful, courteous and knowledgable.

Cons:

Many people would have been able to get their money's worth from the breakfast choice available. We did not take full advantage and therefore the one-price-fits-all worked out rather expensive for us.
The view from our room was into an internal quadrangle and not very inspiring.

Pros:

The breakfast was full of options, but it's the staff that makes the place successful. They are so accommodating. All of them! from the front desk to the restaurant and the cleaning crew.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location is perfect for a Copenhagen first timer. It was easy to get to many sites and while it is quite central, it was quiet at night so sleeping wasn't an issue. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated all the Danish inclusions so we could learn a bit about your culture. I also liked that there is a relationship with a sister hotel so that when I wanted to use the gym, this was available to me.
