The location is ideal as you are close to the harbor and Nyhavn, and the service was impeccable! The front desk and also the culinary staff went out of their way to please us and the breakfast was amazing.
No AC in the rooms but throughout the public spaces of the hotel
Bed and bathroom are very comfortable.

Het ontbijt, de weetjes over Kopenhagen verstopt tussen de gerechten. De vriendelijke bediening en hulpvaardigheid. De spontane info over evenementen de komende dagen zodat je qua transport hiermee rekening kon houden
Het dubbel bed was prima, maar een iets smaller bed met ruimte links en rechts om te kunnen uitstappen was misschien handiger geweest.
Ook een keramische mengkraan voor de douche is een must. Een studie was aanvankelijk vereist om de koude en warme kranen te blenden.
Maar alles bij elkaar, topdagen beleefd!!

Δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό, το τραπεζάκι είχε σκόνη και το μπάνιο ήθελε περισσότερο καθάρισμα σε σημεία .. όχι τόσο καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής και ήταν λίγο ακριβό

The location was ideal, close to the festival we were attending. The staff accommodated our needs with professionalism and friendliness. All the information was provided on the website during the online check-in process. There was also a nice extra touch with complimentary classes….
The Scandinavian style of the beds and duvets was a little different from what we're used to. The shower was a little complicated to operate at first, but we figured it out. The tap water is safe to drink, so no bottles of water in the room. The issue we encountered was that the room safe did not work.
