Cons:

The hotel is good, but the service is bad. I brought my own coffee-making equipment, and it was taken from my room. I informed them of this, and they returned some pieces to me, but some were missing.

The hotel's location is amazing! It's right across from the lake—you simply must book a room with a lake view. The staff is wonderful, and the hotel's restaurant is truly impressive.

Cons:

The room's furniture is very old, the wood is scratched and poorly maintained, and the doors and wardrobes are hard to open.
If the furniture were updated, I would give the hotel a score of 10.

Pros:

I really liked the breakfast, and the room was good, clean, and comfortable overall.

Cons:

The AC was not cool enough, which made the room less comfortable than expected. Overall, the stay was okay, but the AC could definitely be improved.

الموقع المقابل للفندق من البحير متسخ جدا وتصدر منه ريحة البول من الهوم لس لذلك أرى أن بحيرة زيورخ الان أصبحت متسخة وليست جاذبة للسير علىها بسبب الرائحة الكريهه بسبب كثرة الهوم لس
