Water front glamorous stay in Zurich ! Absolutely gorgeous💜, and memorable.
Pros:

Beautiful design, super clean and amazing location! All staff members are outstanding, absolutely amazing. We had an early trip to the Alps and a nice gentleman (with the beard) at the restaurant made us super welcomed very early in the morning. Their breakfast is to die for :) The check in was done by a super friendly young lady. Everyone is amazing and the hotel is just outstanding, 5 stars 🤩 we are coming back for sure!!!

The hotel is good, but the service is bad. I brought my own coffee-making equipment, and it was taken from my room. I informed them of this, and they returned some pieces to me, but some were missing.
