Ein schönes Wochenende.
Pros:

Alles gut! Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr komfortabel. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Ein Bediensteter brachte einen sehr unangenehmen Zigarettenrauchgeruch in das Zimmer, der einige Zeit präsent war.

Schön aber mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage und auch das Essen und der Wellnessbereich waren schön.
Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Die geschichtlichen und architektonischen Gebäude sind außergewöhnlich.
Der Parkbereich und die Ausicht auf die Skyline von Frankfurt sehenswert.
Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer sind etwas klein und müssten überarbeitet werden. Schade war auch, dass die Terrasse für die Hotelgäste wegen eines Events Sonntags geschlossen war. Dies sollte bereits beim Check In kommuniziert werden.

Super Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt. Super gemütlicher Frühstücksraum und tolle Terrasse. Auch der Pool ist sehr hübsch und sogar beheizt. Sonne hat man hier bis ca. 15 Uhr. Tolles Frühstück mit viel Obst und Sekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Schönes Hotel, aber für uns kein 5* Sterne Standard
Pros:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte einen phantastischen Blick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt und Umgebung.
Das Zimmer war absolut sauber.
Die Rezeptionistin beim Check-in war sehr freundlich.
Begrüßung mit Sekt (war leider warm).
Kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer.
Freundlicher und pünktlicher Zimmerservice.
Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Sprungbrunnen.

Cons:

Kein Doorman.
Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck.
Kein Valet-Parking
Kindergeschrei im Restaurant bis 22:15 h!
Laut auf dem Balkon telefonierende Nachbarn-bis 0:30 h!
Der Rauch vom Nachbarbalkon zog leider zu uns herüber.
Wir haben keine Rechnung erhalten, obwohl uns der semifreundliche Rezeptionist beim Check-out dies ausdrücklich zugesagt hat!
