We stayed only 1 night while waiting the arrival of our daughter from Australia. The room was great and quiet. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent. Great and near the airport.

Tout était parfait que ce soit l'accueil la chambre et surtout le petit-déjeuner qui était franchement exceptionnel . L'hôtel est accessible directement à pied depuis le terminal de l'aéroport de Rome ce qui évite de prendre une navette pour rejoindre son hôtel toujours appréciable après un long vol. Un excellent séjour .

For context, we only stayed one night.
You can walk directly from the airport and train station to the hotel. Which was the only reason we booked this hotel.
The breakfast was OK.
No free bottled water offered or available. You have to pay for it either from the mini-bar or a vending machine.
The bathroom was tired, and the exhaust fan didn't work.
We couldn't use the room air-conditioning at night because the fan noise keep us awake.
Interestingly, we were not asked how our stay was on checkout.
Because of the location you are essentially captive to the hotel, its facilities and the expense. The expense was expected; however, the experience wasn't delivered.
location...room was physically nice.
AC was inadequate. the thermostat would not work. seemed worthless to call staff late at night. we were uncomfortable trying to sleep. there was only ONE channel in english. i know we are in Italy. but, this is an international airport associated hotel with many English speaking guests. need at least 3-4 channels in English.

The tub/shower plumbing fixtures were functional but barely. They look very nice but the cold water was just a dribble.
