La proximité avec le terminal, le personnel.
Le Spa, qui est une piscine avec des buses, le complexe qui est externalisé et donc, les services ne sont pas à la hauteur Hilton. Il y avait des traces de doigts sur les meubles de la chambre et de la poussière sur les lustres.

Room was everything we expected. The location was convenient with easy access to the airport. Appreciated the bar and restaurant.
Restaurant food was underwhelming and the service was slightly disjointed and I got the wrong order.

scrambled eggs were raw not cooked the dinner menu was poor at best, selection was little one kind of pasta sauce staff say they understand and you get completely the opposite of what your expecting but I guess they tried, I request a fan which was sitting right outside my room it was never delivered I was there for 2 nights , I guess this was another request that went unanswered typical I have stay every visit to Rome in 20 + trips always at the Hilton I think I need to give others a chance so sad, I request a handicap room on my profile did not receive it at all why??
